Best in all aspects - Never experienced this level of customer focus from any other boiler installer/service provider before. Right from really competitive quote , prompt courtesy call an hr prior to arrival on agreed installation date to completion, it was well coordinated across the teams/office. Gavin & Jance were fantastic all through going an extra mile to additionally board up the area in loft to make it safe, additional piping challenges owing to our eaves design etc by ensuring that they provide safety , customer satisfaction and esthetics intact even if it meant additional hours of work for them - they never compromised on quality! Louise was amazing with her efficiency and coordination too. Gold Star - You have just bagged a lifelong customer for sure.

Great service from start to finish would definitely recommend

Gold Star Gas Services were asked to provide a quote to fit a new boiler for us. Once we agreed the price, and date, they arrived and fitted the boiler without any problems. The only thing I would say is that there were certain elements of the job where they went above and beyond. They encountered some technical difficulties seemed to be the outlet pipework, but instead of kicking up a fuss quickly advised us and got on with it. Since they came I have programmed the boiler, and now our house is better than ever as far as heating efficiency is concerned. Highly recommended 5 Stars.

The whole service provided by Gold Stsr Gas Services was impressive from the first point of contact, no hard sell, and a very professional approach when discussing my boiler options. The lady at the point of contact when booking was polite, helpful and very efficient. My gas engineer/ boiler fitter was very thorough, polite and diligent. He took the time to explain how the boiler worked and how I could make savings with effective boiler management. I also have the reassurance and confidence that should I require any assistance with my newly installed boiler that I can contact Gold Star Gas Services and receive immediate attention. I was totally impressed with this service from start to finish.
