I new nothing about transportation prior to this class! I have watched videos on dispatching and was still all over the place, but Tawana brings all of it together for you. Tawana made sure we understood and learned. She is patient, and answered all of our questions! She she doesn't sugarcoat anything and that is what is needed! I am now equipped to get started dispatching! I am so amped to get a hands-on experience! I am so excited about my future! I thank Tawana for that.

Great informative class! Tawana has a great personality and delivered the information well for us to understand it. Trucking is a huge industry and there is a lot to know. With her knowledge expertise, confidence and ability to teach others can only lead one down a road of success!

This class was absolutely amazing. Mrs Tawanna took the time to answer any and every question asked thoroughly and without hesitation. She was very knowledgeable, transparent & patient throughout the whole course and provided a multitude of resources that would help guide you in jumpstarting your career as a freight dispatcher. I started the course knowing nothing of the field and within a few hours I left confident, informed & eager to get into the field. Working with Gold Star Logistics Group has been life changing. I initially started learning about the transportation business by helping my husband start his company, but after working with Tawana and her crew, I've learned so much and feel empowered as a black woman in the industry. I took Tawana's dispatching course around June 2021. We purchased our truck in July and trailer in August. Tawana guided us throughout the entire process giving us insight on how to best invest our money. Since then, we've hired a driver and after initially working with a GSL dispatcher, are now dispatching ourselves. I learned most of what I know about setting up our company from Tawana. She is a wealth of knowledge. She will always be a part of our family of mentors.

I took the virtual dispatch training class with Tawanna and it has helped with tremendously. I was a able to start my dispatch company and acquire carriers. I still refer to the dispatch guide whenever I need clarification on anything. In addition to the course, Tawana is alway available to answer my questions if and when I need her. She has created a Slack group for scholars from her training classes, where she answers questions, provide us with additional learning information and continue to pour into us. In addition to this, she has a free monthly Talk Dispatch with Tawana where she invites special guests from the Transporation industry and other guest that can provide training and growth information to us. She provides you with timely information and changes in the transportation industry, she provides us with recommendations on tools and software to help us run our dispatch companies more efficiently and is always pouring into us. I would 100% highly recommend this course to anyone looking for not just a dispatch class, but a dispatch class with ongoing support and education.

I love how Tawana can teach with such simplicity but impactful at the same time. Awesome person to learn from in the logistic industry.

Tawana and her team are AMAZING. Her course has not only financially changed my family dynamic but it has given me power. And I say power in a positive way knowledge is POWER! After taking her course I know when someone is fraudulent or completely uneducated in the industry. Tawana’s online course is super informative it was so good that I drove from Baltimore MD to Charlotte NC to personally meet my mentor Tawana at one of her in person classes and that too was an amazing experience. I recommend this course to anyone getting into not only dispatching but getting into the transportation industry period.

I took this class back in May I was unemployed I applied for a dispatch position with your company right after the training I sent you my resume I’ve never heard back from you I haven’t been able to get a job as a dispatcher because of lack of experience.
