I have heard about the Goldver platform through my best friend in June 2020 and I decided to trade using this platform. Their customer service is unbelievable; very quick to attend to my queries. I executed some of the trades with a small amount as a start and the progress is quite good. I know things will be much better with the Goldver platform in the near future.

As I register to this trading platform, the first thing I noticed was the account types which are divided into 5 available for traders to start with. So as I tend to trade on the safe side I opt-in for the lowest deposits rate to use and I was impressed on the features, trading tools, and customer services included on the platform.

Why a 3 star review, even though I am pleased in general? On the positive side, the sign up process is pretty straightforward and the mini package is just right for the beginners like me. The more problematic area is the fact that there were glitches when trying to contact my manager, which is important for beginners in online trading, and hopefully is going to change in the future.

It is a great trading software but I am still trying to explore a few things about . One thing that I like about it is that it is easy to use especially when you get the mini account and it also works if you are still a beginner.
However , am still not convinced with the Return on Investment percentage I think it is too low for such a pay.

As a new market platform, Goldven is an excellent option for those who already have experience in the market or for those who want to start from scratch. Most graphics platforms are difficult to use and do not have as much support, unlike this platform which is easy and efficient. It has innovative products with the best prices within the market maker and this is shown by the good reviews and high ratings provided by the community of traders. Despite being recent and needing to improve, it remains an excellent option.

I decided to take the decision on a whim as per my friends request. however i do not regret it because i learned a lot of new things in trading. i went with the mini-account because of a low budget and because i just wanted to try it. furthermore their customer service is very good. my queries were attended. the only thing that bothered me was the slow time taking process which i think is normal.

In terms of small and fledgling trading brokers, this is one of the better ones that I've come across. It has a good array of tools, and the platform is easy to use. I haven't had much contact with the support team, nor have I had aggressive calls like others are claiming, maybe that's just me though.

In Goldver we can view the deals and trades live which might be common in this kind of platform but to be this accurate is kind of fascinating. Ready-made packages are awesome to work my way up the ladders of professionals. Respective timeline with accounts switching feature is next to perfect when it comes to the multi-trade timeline and the following statics. I feel like, if there is a place to share some personal statistics, then it would be pretty nice.

This website and its sales team have all the hallmarks of a scam. When I ask them which authority regulates them the only contact they had was a company with even less credibility (if that was possible) and no website contact.

This is a SCAM. Do not give them your money. If you deposit, do a chargeback with your bank, immediatelly.

They keep calling from all over UK, I am blocking their numbers.

I get calls from different numbers by the same person who I believe is abroad as if I call any number it doesn't work.
Startup process was a bit slow but once up and running there has been regular contact with my agent (inc email) and I am glad to say I am making a bit of profit 😉
I am waiting on a small withdrawal to test that side of things, so will keep you posted on that. 😆

My withdrawal was unsuccessful due to the below possibilities:

You are trying to withdraw the Bonus funds alongside your funds, please check our Bonus Policy.
You are trying to withdraw more funds to your credit card than your initial deposit.
This was done upon your request.

Now, I made sure I supplied the relevant documentation and I only tried to withdraw a small amount, so this amount was within my means, so I really can't understand why withdrawal request was unsuccessful!

Ok, the latest in regards to my attempt at a withdrawal I/you have to withdraw at least 50 euros which I have done but the payment is pending as I need to provide the IBAN number from my bank so nearly there.

After initial deposit my manager made no further contact it has been 2 weeks now and attempts to withdraw my funds have been fruitless after eventually finding a way to contact my customer services received a email informing me that my manager would be in contact not happened yet
