Wrong delivery
My wife ordered the Azalea stand which they swapped with the standard version. They notified that they did and we Said no thx but they shipped it anyway. We returned it. Then I later bought the Azalea and they didnt notify any swap and we thought all was good. Received the standard versionð. Unprofessional. The free gift were not included and the phone clip which should be in the standard version were missing tooâŠ.

I didn't get a book or any gift. There was no mobile phone holder either, even though the description says it should be included in the package.
The stand itself is FANTASTIC and the magnetic ring that comes with it is really good. The mobile phone sits in its place and I have tried to shake the mobile phone off the stand and it doesn't come off no matter how hard I shake it so the stand really gets 5 out of 5 stars, unfortunately everything else drags the rating down.
The package arrived after about 10 working days. This company is very young and I hope they can grow, but all the positive comments come from their home country (the Netherlands) and Belgium which is close, keep that in mind. I am super happy with the stand but it's a shame that everything else around the company needs to be improved.

I ordered the Golfimprove stand on June 3rd 2026, and the money was deducted from my account the very next day.
I have been in contact with the company several times, but the response I get is that they don't have my tracking informationâthough they are trying to locate itâand that the item has been shipped and should be close to delivery.
Iâve given up; Iâm starting to believe that the company is a scam and has no real intention of resolving the issues.
I feel cheated and misled.
Experiences like this make me lose faith in online shopping.
