We would like to point out that your refund was processed on February 4th, please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to reach your account, depending on your bank.

We can also see from the correspondence on your account that we did respond to all your enquires and provided proof of delivery from the courier. However, we apologise for any inconvenience caused if this communication was not received.

Please note that deliveries handled by third-party couriers are beyond our direct control, but we do our best to assist whenever possible.
