Came across the website while searching for irons on-line. Spoke to the helpful Karl about their good offer on Ping G400s. Order placed & delivery promised for late January. Actually arrived 10 days earlier just after a courtesy call to say the clubs were on their way. Courier delivered at the promised time. Good price with attentive and helpful service. Delighted. Found this company while sourcing a set of new fitted irons just before Christmas and I am so glad I did; The site is amazingly easy to use and has a wide, varied stock at superb prices ... the order form and options are extremely clear and idiot proof ( thankfully for me ) And from the initial order until the speedy delivery of the irons the communication was superb, so i bought a cart bag as well. Just about to receive my second custom order ( hybrid ) and in communication about wedges. I wont look anywhere else, why would I, and cant recommend this team highly enough.

Recently purchased full waterproofs as a present for my Father. Once gift was give we realised the clothing did not fit. Contacted the shop as without any problem at all was able to exchange for the correct size. The response time and friendliness of this place is superb. Would highly recommend and has great quality gear and very competitive prices. Will be returning here soon for some stuff for myself. Thanks

went in to buy a new 3 wood and scotty putter both to be fitted the guy was not interested what so ever terrible customer service. asked him about getting my current driver fitted why was the answer.close house can have my money much more friendly. shame really i heard good reports about the place

Unbelievably good customer service. Had issues with my Titleist sta dry bag. They took it back, no questions asked, and helped me get a replacement sorted. Great quick responses to my email queries at all hours of the day. Wish my pro shop was as good as this! Thanks golf worx!

What a great company to do business with, I had a warranty issue with some golf shoes and Karl worked hard with the manufacturer to achieve a very good outcome of replacement shoes.
It makes a change to deal with helpful caring people these days!

During my search for some suitable autumn/winter golf clothing, I found a nice quality thermal shirt and a shoe bag to keep the car/house clean, for such a bottom price, I just could not resist.
Searching for some other interesting deals, I stumbled on a very nice Wilson Staff Feather bag for a give-away price and since it was exactly something I was looking for, I took immediate advantage of the opportunity.

I was looking for iron golf club head covers that did not have pre-printed numbers on the outside. Found the perfect product on Golfworx website (Castle Bay clear covers). To say service was excellent is an understatement. I made an online enquiry on a Friday evening via their website and had an email reply by breakfast time the next morning confirming they would fit my Wilson Fatshaft clubs. I ordered the covers that morning and they were delivered to NW Kent (i.e. opposite end of the country) on Tuesday as promised. Golfworx are definitely on my shortlist for the future.

I bought a Ping 3 iron online. Sometime later the head and shaft parted company. Golfworx were brilliant and returned the club to Ping where it was re-shafted for free. Service was brilliant and I felt looked after and reassured every step of the way. Would definitely recommend them to others

Don’t do reviews normally, but I need to for this company. Spoke to them a couple of time due to my errors and ordered a complete set of Cleveland HB irons. Paid for them on Thursday and received them at 12:05pm on Friday. Fantastic service and also fantastic costumer service. 5*+ all day long. Thank You 👍🏻

Ordered some shoes from Golfworx on Tuesday evening, Karl was a star and got them out to me first thing Wednesday arrived Thursday.... amazing service and honestly cannot recommend these guys more highly..... will certainly be visiting their site again as price wise they are super competitive also ! Quite Happy with Karl Strodl. He went at great length to ship me a Ping set and hybrid, that appeared to be difficult the get due to supply issues. In order for me not to wait too long, he shipped the order in two lots and both were delivered FREE within two business days ....... in Europe!
