I had an issue with an Odyssey putter, and was told by Callaway to contact one of their agents. I chose Golfworx in Boldon, and spoke to Karl. The service from Karl was first class; professional, straight forward and extremely helpful. This has made my experience with Callaway and their agent, Karl at Golfworx, one that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Was a wee bit wary about using Golfworx as I was not overly familiar with them. Placed an order for a putter which unfortunately went a little awry at the supplier’s end. I’ve always believed customer service is best measured when things go wrong and Karl was outstanding in stepping in to sort things out. If you are like me and tend to favour the known contenders online, give Golfworx a go. I’m confident you won’t be disappointed. Thx again Karl the putter is great and I haven’t said that in a long time 😂

Fantastic service start to finish, the highest handicap golfer you can imagine here and the team took time out to explain why I would benefit from an alternative driver versus the one I originally ordered. Said driver then arrived the next day, clear to see they care about their customers.

The price was the best around too.

I am going on a trip and waited last minute to order a new set of clubs. Karl said he'd do his best to get them to me before I left. He called me to give updates, he chased down the manufacturer and shipping company, and I just got them. Amazing service!

I had my second fitting with karl yesterday. Terrific experience I have recently got back into the game after a long period out, in with all the fitting was almost a mini lesson which i really appreciated. Really knows his stuff and will be back anytime i need clubs. Couldnt recommend enough

If you're after any golf gear give this place a try first. Took my son whos getting into golf and wanted to buy a driver. Karl was absolutely brilliant with him. He knows his stuff and gave my son some great advice. We left with a 2nd hand driver set up ready to play. Ive also bought mizuno irons from karl which again was great price and service. Great bloke and great shop.

Git fitted off Karl at golfworxs what can I say brilliant. Took his time with me no rush got fitted for mizuno irons. Had them about 4 month before the season started and throughout the season won 3 competitions Karl knows his stuff highly recommend him.

I had an iron fitting with Karl at GolfWorx, and would highly recommend him if you are looking for new clubs.
I tried a few clubs in my price range, and ended up ordering a set of Pings, which I would never considered before I arrived. The numbers in the fitting don't lie. Now I have extra yardage on my existing TaylorMade irons and 50% less dispersion. Loft, lie, length and grip adjustments mean they are perfectly set up for me.
Karl really knows his stuff, and the experience was fun and enlightening. I was under no pressure at any time, and Karl encouraged me to hit shots with a number of different brand clubs to be sure I was getting something that performed well, and that I was happy to put in my bag. It was clear he wanted me to get the best for me, rather than steer me towards a particular brand or higher price point of clubs. If you're looking for a club fitting, I can't recommend Karl at GolfWorx highly enough. Cost-wise, GolfWorx are great too.

Following a successful iron fitting session with Karl in September, I had no hesitation in booking up for a driver fitting. Prior to the fitting, I’d carried out some online reviews and identified a Ping G440 K as it appeared to fit the bill. During a 3 hr fitting session testing that and other Ping heads and shaft combo’s we actually identified the SFT version as a more consistent performer. As a salesman, it would have been very easy for Karl to sell me the more expensive “K” option as it did perform well, however as a golfer he identified the performance benefits in the SFT option (which also saved me approx £100). Once again, another excellent fitting experience and I will be returning in the future.

Amazing company, communication was great. I was skeptical before purchasing because it was priced so well but I messaged them for a query on one of the clubs and they messaged back so fast. Just back from the range with them and they’re fantastic, best clubs I’ve ever used.

Incredibly supportive and made an extra effort to assist. The entire experience was outstanding, and I would certainly suggest them to others. Delivery exceeded expectations by being both swift and accurate. Enjoyed a round with the TSR2+ 3 wood today, and it performed flawlessly. Kudos, Robert!

Real quality, old school customer service. I was struggling to find a specific left handed, Callaway 7 wood anywhere. The team at Golfworx sourced and helped customise it all, including the shaft and grip to fit the rest of my bag setup. Genuine care and personalised support. Highly recommended!

Superb service
I emailed Golfworx to ask a few questions before ordering and Karl responded immediately with advice and made me feel confident to place my order.
Once ordered I received immediate confirmation and consistent updates until dispatch.
I asked for a couple of non standard features and so the turnaround time was suggested as 7-9 days. They arrived within 7 days.
Well packaged too. Couldn’t fault the service (or the price for that matter) in any way.

Cannot fault this business fantastic price great communication i would highly recommend to anyone thinking of ordering golf equipment karl is always super helpful.
