Iâm very disappointed with theâŠ
Iâm very disappointed with the binoculars, the left rubber eye cup is split, the lense cover for the rubber eye cups is missing and all the metal hardware on the binocular strap is rusty and pitted. When l placed the order for the Romanian 7x40 binoculars l ask if l could get a pair in as close to excellent condition as possible and was told that they were individually packaged and they couldnât go through the packages and find a pair like that because it wouldnât be fair to the other customers. When l received the binoculars they were wrapped in bubble wrap and not packaged. As a collector of Cold War era militaria l was again disappointed with the condition of the binoculars. None of those discrepancies were mentioned in the listing on there web site.

About packaging - bubble warped binoculars were packed into shipping bag, so it's packaging, bubbles for protection - bag for shipping privacy.
About requesting binoculars in mint condition - you might consider well before purchase if you would be satisfied with used condition, also we told you that we couldn't check them as you already said, they all were warped to bubbles, so we would need to unpack all of them and check which one is in best condition, we told you that we cant do that before you purchased binoculars, also we sell them as used and you got used binoculars.
So if you still want to return them and get a refund, just contact us and we will solve this issue.
