Purchased a pure air 5 e-scooter,
Unfortunately on receiving the scooter it does not turn on or charge, this is pretty unfortunate as I was relying on this to commute to work as my bike got stolen from the train station last week. Now I have to wait god knows how long for a return/replacement or refund will be made.
Unfortunately on this occasion I will not recommend this company due to this misfortune.

Purchase Giantz window tint film, may add it isn't Good buyz fault at all, it is the quality of the film, so hard to work with.

So thin, difficult to remove the clear backing, I wouldn't purchase again, purchase nano ceramic tint film, much better for an extra $15.

I suppose you purchase a $5 pizza you get a $5 pizza

Dodgy company.Pathetic customer service.They leave you stuck on hold for an hour.Then you find that they have transferred you to the wrong area.They give you wrong information,and don't honour what they told you.They dont give full manufacturers warranty on their products.Way to lose business morons.Goodbye "good"buyz.

Just had the best experience with goodbuyz.com.au bought 2 very expensive scooters. One had a warranty problem 2 weeks after I bought it. They rang me back quickly. I returned it and they sent me a new one. They paid all freight and it all happened between Melbourne and Bundaberg within a few days. Would not hesitate to buy from the again.

I ordered a refurbished homebase from this company . As it took over a week to arrive I went to my local electronics store and bought a new one . When my order arrived I immediately contacted Goodbuyz and the gave me an authority number to return it. I sent from my local post office and have the notification that it was delivered to Goodbuyz . 2 weeks later I again asked about my refund and today was told they don’t have the product which I returned . There’s no customer service and I am out of pocket $150. So do I recommend this company , a resounding No!!

1 month later never received my order or a response from customer service. Contacting my bank to report fraud.

I got a Milan steam fry and the instructions aren’t clear! I contacted Woolworths marketplace and they did a ticket for me trying to get in touch with the seller with no avail!!! This company does not have any customer service at all! Worst experience ever! Still I have no resolution for my steamfry! It’s been going on for so long! I can’t use this thing at all

I purchased Eufy doorbells and vacuums. I got great pricing and really fast delivery.

Some help for everyone who has had bad experiences so far, Goodbuyz's parent company in Australia is "Directed Electronics" (can't paste link but they're the first result on google). There is contact information on that site.
I did some work with Directed about 5 years back and my counterpart was a good dude (he has, admittedly, left though) and I got a few things through their marketplace stores without issue. Have just placed my first Goodbuyz order though, let's see how it stacks up, but if you have issues go to directed.com.au and pay with PayPal to keep your money safe if they stuff it up!

This is a scam of a business. They have NO customer service. I purchased through Big W Marketplace and even Big W cannot get in contact with them to arrange a return on an item that did not arrive in sealed packaging and does not work as described.

SLOW - 12 days to post a small item to Adelaide. I had multiple packages from amazon, aliexpress (from china) and ebay before them.

Garbage. Ordered from their ebay store - no idea where they delivered the parcel, after numerous calls to Auspost, it looks likes its been returned. This has been over the past 12 days, the phone number for support on GoodBuyz website, useless, the representative was nothing but rude and unhelpful in every way. They also have not replied to a single message on their ebay account. Right now, I feel massively scammed out of $250.

Very very very difficult to get a hold of someone. No email, no phone, no live chat. You need to raise a ticket and I have been waiting for over a week for a response. Avoid at all costs.
