Ordered, no email confirmation, nothing, CBA emailed a possible fraudulent account… nothing from during Days but my items did turn up..
Scary as looks like a scam. Then many issues in getting it chased up. I won’t use them again

Absolutely shocking correspondence – actually none. Despite many emails and attempted phone calls all I get is “your ticket has been issued” someone will call you. Three weeks later. I still don’t have a tracking method let alone the item delivered, despite the promise of delivery in 3 to 5 working daysVery frustrating experience.

Total scam. False advertising and bogus website that doesnt address anything. Just there to take your money.

I placed and paid for my order on 24 June. It was nothing complicated, just a suitcase. The item was dispatched on 26 June and, at first, everything appeared to be going smoothly. Tracking was provided promptly.

Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended.

What should have been a simple delivery from Carrum Downs to South Melbourne turned into a farce. Australia Post tracking showed that the delivery address had been written incorrectly on the parcel. Instead of being delivered, my suitcase went on a tour of Melbourne, travelling from Carrum Downs to Seaford, Bayswater, Sunshine West, Dandenong South, and eventually back to Carrum Downs, where it has been sitting since 2 July.

Following Australia Post’s advice, I contacted During Days to have the issue resolved. I have now sent two emails and submitted their online contact form twice.

The only response I have received was an automated email on 3 July stating:

“Your ticket has been created with the ticket ID 9361 and subject ‘Order #DD-248369’. Someone from our customer service team will review it and respond shortly.”

Today is 9 July, and I have still not received a single response from an actual person. No update. No apology. No attempt to resolve the issue. Nothing.

Meanwhile, I can still see my parcel sitting in Carrum Downs after spending a week travelling around Melbourne’s postal network because of what appears to be an error made before it was even handed over.

Mistakes happen. What is completely unacceptable is the total lack of customer service. Ignoring multiple attempts to contact you while leaving a customer out of pocket and without their order is simply poor business practice.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend During Days. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect anyone to help you.

Our experience with Chairs and Tables Adventures has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

We purchased a chair from this company and received a defective product. While defects can occasionally occur with any manufacturer or retailer, what truly concerns us is the way this matter was handled. Despite numerous emails, follow-ups, and providing the company with ample opportunity to resolve the issue, we were not provided with an effective solution, replacement, or acceptable customer support.

Under Australian Consumer Law, consumers are entitled to products that are of acceptable quality and free from defects. Unfortunately, our experience fell well short of these expectations. Instead of taking ownership of the problem and working towards a reasonable resolution, the company appeared unwilling to properly address our concerns.

As customers, we acted in good faith, communicated respectfully, and simply sought a fair outcome. Regrettably, we were met with delays, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. Once the sale was completed, it felt as though customer satisfaction was no longer a priority.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this business. We encourage prospective customers to carefully consider whether they are comfortable dealing with a company that, in our experience, did not adequately support its customers when a legitimate product issue arose.

We hope the company improves its customer service practices and takes its obligations to customers more seriously in the future.

Avoid at all cost, Sells defective products, Pathetic Customer service , Extremely unprofessional and with no courtesy

Damaged goods. Poor customer service. Still waiting!

Waited a long time for order, then asked to send them back unopened for a refund. Couldn't get a phone number or warehouse address for them. They would accept the items back for a refund however it could only be done by their courier at a cost of $55. per item plus an extra 10% for restocking or I could post the items back which was ridiculous 90 kg together either way the refund wasnt worth getting once they took all their charges out of it. Never will deal with them ever again.

brought a scooter off them yesterday send $129 now they saying having got the order , click on order from yesterday , now saying not available , just scam bags they are , Dont buy anything of them

No I ordered an item from their website and waited 2 weeks for it to be delivered. Upon opening the package I discovered they had sent me the wrong item!
I emailed them immediately to rectify the issue and 4 weeks later I’m still waiting for a resolution. I have been emailing them every few days for an update and 4 weeks later they’re still avoiding fixing their mistake and refunding me. Beware! Shocking customer service. Never purchase from them.

Buyer beware, I have received incorrect item and I am currently waiting for a return to be organized. I've been asked to be patient while they organize one. Today I was told they were having difficulties getting a courier to pick it up so why don't I just send the item back keep the docket and they will refund me lately. Ummm🤔that's a first. What can I say , buyer beware

Put an order through for a $180 shelf over a week ago and haven’t received a confirmation. I sent an email enquiry a week ago with no response. Where is my shelf!!!

I chose this company as they were best priced for a particular item. Even though they advised free shipping, they charged a ‘retail charge’ on my card which was akin to shipping anyway which I was unaware of. The second thing was their contact options were dreadful. After a couple of days I tried to contact them via their only option which was email. No one responded. Then I chatted with their online bot who gave me another email address which turned out to be an American company who had no idea who they were and were not affiliated. I then asked the bot for a direct contact number and was given this - 1800
123 4567 which of course didn’t seem legit and when I tried it, it failed. At this stage I was concerned I’d been scammed somehow. The company is meant to be Victorian. I looked at fb and insta both of which hadn’t been used for awhile then I noticed they updated their fb profile pic so I messaged them directly and had something to say about my concerns. Suddenly, I get a message that the goods has been sent via email tracking. Fortunately they arrived the next week. All I can say is, it was very confusing and I would never used them again. If they are legit, they need to learn to respond to their clients so we don’t write this type of review!
