Their meat was advertised as top quality. It was very disappointing to receive an order with very tough meat, clearly not top cuts. My local market has better meat.
In addition the chicken breasts were also tough and chewy.

I ordered good chop and had about four months deliveries. The meat was subpar. Cuts were too thin. Silver skin was left on most of the cuts that I had to take off silver skin. Porterhouse was actually T-Bone and underwhelming. Lamb loin chips were ok. Donât waste your money. This place is net worth a dime. Go to your butcher and get the beat. Cut how you want it.
