Customer service was amazing. No matter how many (or how stupid) questions we asked, every detail was carefully and politely explained. Out of hours appointments were offered as was a home visit.

The website is clear and easy to use but when booking a test "submit" should be at the bottom of the page after payment and not in the middle!
