Product not delivered for over 3 months, no communication attempts or tracking
I ordered the product the product, an E-paper tablet on 3rd October 2022. There was no info or communication or tracking except that the product shipped after approximately 10 days. When i tracked my order, it redirected me to Fedex page which said there is no record of such shipment number, then I got concerned and contacted the customer support on the GOOD E-READER website but there was no response from them even after contacting 2 times. Somehow through trial and error i got to know that aramex is handling the shipment, when I contacted Good E Reader again on November 22 and they replied this time and said âPlease contact FEDEX and clear your packageâ. But there is no shipment of such number on Fedex. Then I said the same to Good E Reader but they didnât reply to my mails atleast 3 times and when they did they said to send the message in NO CAPS and since then there has been no reply. They are not genuine because if they were they would reply and reply with correct and concrete information not misguide concerned customers. Its been 3 months and I still and cant track my order and whenever I open my order it always says âYour order has been picked up by FEDEX on December 20, 2022. Your track code is ************.â The date is always what you open the order on, in this instance it is dec 20 as I opened it on that date.
Iâve tried to contact them countless times with whatever medium I could they havenât replied at all with anything helpful instead they are misguiding. I checked their facebook page and despite being such a big company in their field, I have read many reviews of customers with similar grievances of the product not getting delivered. They are a company but THEY SCAM THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I cannot believe their AUDACITY.
NO PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED AT ALL. IF AT ALL ITS LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE IT TAKES 3-5 DAYS TO SHIP. THE PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED ON 10 OCT AND THEN NEVER DELIVERED. IF THEIR REPLY WAS GENUINE THEY WOULD HAVE ANSWERED EACH ALLEGATION BUT THEY DIDN'T BECAUSE EVERY THING I SAID IS ONE HUNDRED PERCENT TRUE. I CAN EVEN SHARE THE ONLY INFORMATIVE MAIL THEY SENT ME STATING THAT THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN UNFORTUNATELY DESTROYED, KINDLY CONTACT SHIPPER.
DESPITE SCAMMING YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU WANT YOUR REPUTATION TO BE GOOD SO THAT YOU CAN CONTINUE SCAMMING.

Good e-reader has exceptional customer service. I was worried about not getting my product in time so I sent an inquiry on the status. I explained I needed it by an important date. Within a few days Good e- reader shipped the Kindle, and it is on route to my home arriving before the date I needed it.
Jana and Katherine Lock-head handled my request thoroughly and made sure communications were clear and in a professional manner. The email took overnight to resolve the issue. I was shocked. Good e-reader has restored the frustration I have to deal with online customer service. My first purchase with Good e-readers was slightly more costly, but you can guarantee customer service will have your back. I will be a loyal customer from here on out. Silence after paying
Update: after several mails and messages via the chat, I received my money! Problem solved!
I ordered a orange case for my Onyx Boox Note Air 2 Plus. It was in stock at the shop. They would send it within 3-6 days. After 8 days I asked the status of my order. It would be sent within the week.
After 2 weeks I received an email: the orange one was out of stock, if I would have the green one!!
I said no, and wanted a refund. After another 2 weeks, no refund or reaction whatsoever...
That's my biggest point: slow reaction, or no reaction at all! And I want my money back...

Didn't deliver the Hisense A9 since 21 may 2022. I didn't have any update either from my delivery nor goodereader from mail. There is a tracking number from japan. Lot customers had a similar experience. Those scamming must end, let's start with your youtube reviews, people must know.
Update : Then there is a huge problem with your delivery management and support because i haven't received the phone yet, nor any update. And one year after i got a reply. There is plenty review on internet. even on reddit.
I sent a notice to Youtube for promotion of fraud activities. Other people should do the same. I commanded one to Alibaba, and got it in two weeks.

Terrible customer service, sketchy shipping practices.
Quite disappointed with this company. It took 3 weeks after placing the order for it to begin shipping from Hong Kong. I sent 3 emails and several texts asking about the product and the shipping arrangements and never got a response. I paid for premium shipping and still got charged the customs fees. It seems like many others have had similar experiences, though my order did eventually arrive. Save yourself the stress and order directly from the manufacturer or a big brand store. I'll never be doing business with this company again.

As many others, placed order for Hisense A9, website said 3-5 days delivery, after two weeks I asked where it was, no response, got the run around for another week, they refused to answer the simple question "where is my order and when will I get it". 20 days after my order was placed, without warning they just refunded my order. I emailed a follow up email asking them why they refunded, why wouldn't they just TELL me when it will arrive. They ignored my email. I tried to post this same review in the comments section of their you tube video reviewing this product and they deleted it within two minutes of me posting it. I wasted 20 days when I could have ordered it from Ali Express and had it within a week. Because they deleted my you tube comments, now I am motivated to post this review in as many places as possible (such as here). I hope they go out of business. After reading another review here, I know why they refunded me without warning, they refunded me before I could complain to paypal, because they knew they were screwing me over. You can see the guilt in their actions : 1) delete any negative review quickly 2) sneaky paypal refund before any complaint can be made. It is beyond me why it is so hard to simply just sell a product and deliver it when you say you will. I am guessing they don't have the product at all, they are just trying to get money in advance and have no idea when or if they can even get the product, and they want to play games and lie to the buyers (ships in 3-5 business days is a complete lie, mine never even shipped in 3 weeks) to hold them off long enough until they receive the product. I think you should just buy from a normal merchant, such as on Ali Express where they list how many they have in stock and when it will be received and provide a tracking number. Good e-Reader does none of these things.
UPDATE: Good readerâs response below is a complete lie, 100% false. Why would I request a refund a week after ordering think about it it doesnât even make sense.

First experience
First experience. Bought a Boox Nova Air C. They warned that it'd take 3-to-5 weeks before shipping, I was ok with that. Past 4th week, started asking about shipment status. Chat is only chatbot. upsetting. Mail keeps telling me they are sorry and need a bit more time before shipping.
After 3rd time promising they'd ship in a few days, i quit and called PayPal to get refund -after they tried and asked me please not to involve PayPal.
Guys, if you want to play major league and sell e-readers of other brands, you MUST be able to deliver, or it is a scam.

Very happy to get my Nova Air C and I love it! BUT- it took a month and a few days to arrive as (unbeknownst to me at the time) it was being shipped all the way from Japan. There is nothing in checkout or the product page saying that. Which is a problem because since they are based in the USA, a person buying in the USA would expect they'll get their device soon, when in fact they won't because its shipping all the way from Japan. They could easily circumvent this problem by saying which of their locations its in stock at on the product page. On the checkout page it has a notice which says "All products will take 4-7 business days to ship, unless otherwise specified." Take that notice with a grain of salt, there's a chance you'Il be waiting much longer than that. Other than that, I have only one other slight complaint. It shipped in one of those plastic parcel bags, so the Onyx Boox box came with a few dents from shipping. The bag itself looked mangled and was covered in what looked like black soot. However my device itself was well protected in it's factory Onyx Boox packaging and suffered no damage, which is what matters to me. Customer service gave prompt responses, which I appreciate.

I usually don't write reviews but good ereader told in email that they have stock but I had to cancel my order twice as they did not have item in stock . Looks like shipping from third party country to Canada . Best part I got my money back after 2 weeks

No answer to my messages even throught paypal.
I don't recommand buying from them, it would have been even easier and faster to buy on a chinese website.
Will never buy again on their website and still hope to get my order one day, but who knows if I will get it.

Product has not yet arrived, I was told via facebook that courier services used were UPS, FEDEX, DHL, order I placed was shipped by Japan Parcel, seems it is regular mail, as this are expensive products, secure courier is needed. Also I sent my comments without any answer whatsoever.

I have ordered several devices over the past 4 years from Good e-Reader. You are the only source I trust in purchasing items manufactured in China. This purchase was for the Huawei Matepad Paper with the 128 gb of storage.
My only concern is that the wait for delivery was 6 weeks when it was promised in 3 weeks. I know you well enough to know that you were working on delivery and there were likely delays (due to COVID). For one who is working with you for the first time, it will likely prove helpful to simply send a progress report once your delivery schedule could not be met.

Sells products that are hard to find and not readily available. The iReader pen I ordered was delivered in good quality. I wish that the shipping is faster. And if we order 2 different items, shipping cost can for 1 item. For example, I ordered the iReader pen and the nibs, but when you put both into the shopping cart, it charges $10 for the pen and $5 for the nibs.
