amazing, really good items. they don't just dump a bunch of clothes in the box, they seem to really sort out things that match and work together. 2nd box and will get a 3rd

This was my fourth order, a quilt. I was a bit skeptical, but no reason for that! Like all my previous orders, this was just as pristine. Great condition.

LOVE Goodfair. Gonna buy some coats and hoodies for fall/winter.

Placed order July 12. Finally received it August 18. After receiving the shipping confirmation email, found out that the 4 white t-shirt bundle I ordered had been cancelled (white shirts are hard to find apparently). That was my whole reason for shopping. Then when I received my order, the shorts were missing from another bundle I ordered, they even hand-wrote " no shorts" on my packing slip. It is now September 3 and I have yet to hear back from customer service after 2 emails, a text, and complaining on Instagram. I just want what I paid for

Quality used clothing at a decent price- all from the comfort and safety of your home. The surprise factor is a plus, you're never sure exactly what you will get. I have placed 2 orders and not been disappointed.

Bullies and Scammers
Their clothes come absolutely disgusting and their sizes don't even make any sense. Their customer service are all bullies and they shame you for making any purchase decision that isn't with their company. They lack a lot of transparency, bully users on social media, then delete and block negative comments said against them, and are just an overall terrible company. I will never shop with them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Do better.

Took about a month, only 3 useful pieces of clothing. I think I spent like $75. I could've went to an actual thrift store and bought a whole new wardrobe for the price. I read everywhere that it wasn't worth it, and I thought they were just being dramatic. I should've listened and cancelled after the 3rd delay email they sent.

clean well made clothes , great customer service, and benefits the planet by recycling clothes , plus its a good deal!!

I placed an order almost 5 weeks ago and it still has not shipped. Customer service responds inconsistently, if at all. One of the only updates I've had from the company is that they're "experiencing trouble with one or two items in my order." No details were provided on what items, and they did not respond to my email asking them for clarification. The only other update I've received from them is that "One or more of the items in your most recent purchase have not met the quality standards of Goodfair," which is all well and good, but they shouldn't have listed items for sale that didn't match their quality standards. Overall, my experience has been very poor and I will not be shopping with Goodfair ever again. I hope I'll eventually get my order, but I highly doubt it given this company's reputation. Do not buy from Goodfair

Quality items for a super fair price. I wear the jeans several times a week — they are a godsend. Already looking forward to my next box!

More than half of my order was incorrect. I was not offered an apology and had to push hard just to get a gift card, as replacements were not available for my items. They even tried to get me to pay return shipping on items, which doesn't even fit with their stated return policy (or lack thereof). I placed a new order with the gift card and now, 10 days later, that order remains unfulfilled. Thusfar, I have overpaid for poor quality items and even lower quality customer service.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered $20 sweatshirt bundle and I received dirty, stained hoodies in sizes that I did not reqest. I was like okay nbd but I should have learned. I bought a $40 90s L.L Bean sweater through their vintage drip and I received nothing. I got an email TWO WEEKS after I purchased and paid $8 in shipping for them to say "there is an issue with the item you ordered. If you would like a store credit, let us know so we can send you it." WTH I don't want store credit especially when they won't tell me what the "issue" is with my order. All they said in reply to my refund request was "for $4 you can replace the item you received bu this is only good 14 days after receiving your item." I never received the fkn item and this has been going on for a month now. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

Clothing was as described and the website had great prices and was mega easy to browse.

I ordered from good fair and was scammed. It should be mentioned that they are not BBB accredited. What I ordered and what I received was completely different. Bait and switch. Ive emailed them numerous times and nothing. I was willing to be considered but they are nothing but a scam

I had 2 bundles. Took over a month to get a shipping notice. Then items arrived and they were all the same colors. Did second chance and got all the same colors

I have ordered from Goodfair a few times, and more likely than not, it takes forever to get my order and I always have to follow up with a status.

Sadly the clothes were mostly Wal-Mart brands, and they essentially cost more used than new from Wal-Mart. Womp womp.

I’m all about thrifting, and I was unfortunately drawn into their Instagram ad. I purchased 2 zip hoodies, a 4 pack of regular hoodies, and a 3 pack of sweats. The first issue I noticed was that I only received one zip hoodie. The second issue was that they clearly ignored my preferences. I specifically said “no sports logos” and received almost nothing but. Only one hoodie was not sports related. The sweats and other hoodies all had to do with sports. I also requested sweatpants without elastic bottoms because they bother me. 2/3 pairs had elastic bottoms. I’m 100lbs and 5”4’ female, and received HUGE men’s pants, even after selecting size small. The worst part? The clothes, which they claim are washed, were filthy! One hoodie was so disgusting, it had a piece of dried-on food on the front, and then what looked like… I don’t even want to say. Let’s just say it appeared as though someone repeatedly wiped their nose on the sleeve. Another was also covered in stains that were nauseating to look at. It’s not something I’d ever want to wear, even around the house.

I have ordered multiple times from Goodfair as I love thrusting and the whole concept behind the company. However my first two orders took a month and a half to arrive. I have made other purchases recently and my latest purchase arrived missing half the order. The packing slip showed both items I ordered but I only received one. I also ordered another item that hasn’t shipped for two weeks and is now listed back for sale on the website. I haven’t received this item nor my money back for the item. I have inquired to their customer service email for the first order and it took over a week for a response. I’ve recently sent two other inquiries and I am hoping it doesn’t take as long to hear back this time. I would love to recommend goodfair but they need to fix their issues before I can do that. As for now I’m stuck in limbo waiting for a response from the customer service team in hopes I can get the vintage items I was so excited about.
