I do not believe this brand is marketed fairly and should not market itself as a 2nd hand thrift shop. I had ordered $40 worth of items (a pack of 4 graphic t-shirts, a 4 pack of pajama pants, and 2 woven blankets) and they all were given to a Goodwill. I was expecting higher quality and more than 4 random shirts selected and pushed into a damaged box. I had received 4 shirts that looked to be made for events (I'm pretty sure one was for a memorial of a loved one) and were unwearable without getting weird looks. They looked to be years old and of very bad quality. Some had stained and pilled up material. This goes to the pajama pants as well, which I was not expecting much for because they were pajama pants, but they also looked as if they were sitting in someone's closets for years and they finally got rid of them.
The only piece of my package I considered keeping was one of the woven blankets (the other had a massive stain in the middle of the blanket). But after consideration and personally a bad taste in my mouth about the company, I decided to donate all of my package's contents to Goodwill. I didn't want to do that due to the growing landfill problem but I feel as that was my only option. I didn't want the box to sit on my floor any longer and I know that the shirts and the pajama pants would not have looked good enough to donate to a women's shelter or other nonprofit of that kind.
Overall I had high hoped for Goodfair but they did not live up to their standards. I should have done more research before buying and wasting my money. I dad appreciate the seed paper note that was given but that was the only thing that I had put into use.

Goodfair is saving the planet one bundle at a time. I got mine really quickly. Even though I’m rural and deliveries are sometimes wonky, this one was right on time. I love every single item and have worn all the weather-appropriate ones already.

Goodfair offers such a unique shopping experience. It’s exciting to see what unique items you’ll receive, all while reusing and giving new life to materials that would otherwise be sent to a landfill. Customer service is great and really friendly.
Don't do it
I purchased a pack of 4 crewnecks and the 2 pack of tapestry. Everything shipped and delivered pretty quickly. But, I only received 1 blanket and it was crochet, not tapestry. Those things are entirely different. 2 of the sweaters were unwearable, and even the one I did end up liking a bit still had a hole in it.
I tried emailing their customer service emails they have listed (I found 2 different customer service email addresses listed so emailed them both) a total of about 5 or 6 times over the course of 10 days, and never heard back (now 15 days later). I just wanted them to send me 2 actual tapestry blankets, or give me my money back.
I finally resorted to messaging them on Instagram, where I got a response. I am now waiting 4-8 weeks to receive the blankets as they are on "backorder". I was not given an option for a refund, even though I did not get what was promised.
I sincerely wanted to ignore the bad things I read on Reddit about this company, but I'm disappointed to now see Goodfair as a company looking to make a quick buck on cheap resold clothing that honestly they might even get for free, at least that's what I think because nothing I was sent would be something someone would pay actually $10 for.
Stained and dirty ICK!!
2 if the sweatshirts were stained and really dirty. Very bad experience. Would not recommend to anyone! Also they were a last chance item so nothing to do with them. We will throw them out.
Great thrifted quilts for a fair price!
I ordered some recycled quilts which came quickly and in good condition. I had requested soft quilts and my expectations were met! Overall, I would recommend!
6 time customer and counting
I have ordered several times from this company. Quality of items was good for the most part as long as you stick to basic items. Shipping times varies wildly but once shipped I received my items quickly.
The suprise factor and the variety of thrifted items keeps me ordering. I've ordered 6 times so far, the prices, fun, and knowing you are helping out make me keep coming back.

got urine stained item + extremely late shipping
I got an item that had what looked like urine stain on it. Really disgusting. I emailed customer service asking for a partial refund or a new item, and they told me I had to pay $4 to get a new item even though they sent me something with urine on it.
It took 6 weeks to even get my items.
I had been back and forth with them several times about delayed shipping, then they were out of my items after it had been four weeks since I paid. All that to get an item with urine on it.
Probably the worst company I have ever ordered from and would never recommend them,

Have contacted customer service several times about my order being incomplete and they have been radio silent. So now I've paid money for product that was never shipped to me, and no one wants to address me. Horrible experience, will not recommend anyone to this company.

Good fair advertises bundles they can’t deliver. I’ve placed three orders—one had to be canceled after two months because Goodfair could not fill it, and another is still pending after a month. Goodfair does not communicate with customers effectively when delays occur. The concept is good, but the management is in over its head and the company is failing as a result. Swap.com is much easier to deal with.
Customer Service is very slow
There were items missing from my order. I contacted customer service multiple times and never received a response.
It's a shame because the items I did receive were nice.

Over-advertised, under delivered
Goodfair over advertised, couldn’t fill my order, substituted the item for something I didn’t want, and is asking that I pay to return items (that I did not order) to them so they can send me something else. I don’t trust they’ll send me anything better the second time, so I just won’t bother. They did the same thing to my partner: couldn’t fill the order, so they did an inappropriate substitute. There are much better, more efficient ways to purchase good used clothing.
Horrible experience!!!
My very first order from Goodfair took excessively long! When I did finally receive it I was missing part of my order! It took me a few days to get in touch with someone who could help me, and surprisingly the only way I could contact anyone was through Facebook. No one ever replied back to the emails I sent regarding the issue and I got the email off their website. So they said they’d send the rest of my order out. Well it’s now going on 3 weeks since that reply. And 5 1/2 weeks since I placed the complete order. I’m very upset obviously can’t get in touch with anyone to complain about it, and obviously Goodfair doesn’t have the decency to respond back to their customers. I’ll never order from them again and I’ve warned everyone I know not too. So thanks Goodfair it was a brilliant idea that was just poorly executed.
No description box and ugly clothes
the last time I ordered from goodfair I got ugly clothes. there’s also no description box in the cart anymore and I think that’s probably one of the best things that used to be about this website.

Not worth it
You can buy better stuff for less money at goodwill. Don’t waste your money for a mystery box you’ll likely be disappointed. The second star is for the replacement order option, which is great to offer but my replacement order was just as bad as the initial one. They have a place to put requests for the type of stuff you’d want but they don’t take it into consideration. And if you’re ordering with hopes of getting a free shirt based on a promotion, don’t be surprised if you don’t receive it
They sent me racist clothing and haven't done anything about it
I bought a clothing bundle and I'm greatly disappointed with almost everything I received, but what really irks me is that I was sent a sweatshirt that depicts extremely racist caricatures of Black people. I reached out to Goodfair with my complaint but they have yet to respond. I don't know what values this company has but I'm profoundly disappointed with them. I know Goodfair did not produce the sweater but that doesn't absolve them from accountability. They shouldn't be disseminating racist images-- end of story. Seriously, I am very disturbed they thought it was appropriate to buy this sweater from a seller and resell it. I will NEVER do business with them again and I reccomend you do the same.

Don't do it do not water your time or your money.
I ordered two quilts. They came out to be $50. I thought this was a great deal and was very excited.
So I get my order I open it up. Two ugly quilts one is just full of pilling and even has some hair on it. The other is extremely fragile and already has a huge hole in it and a smaller one too.
So I reach out and want to return it for a refund. They say no keep it we will send you two new ones for $4. So I thought cool sounds great. Well they quickly run out of stock. And don't tell me. So I am in the dark waiting a month for my darn replacements. I get annoyed and cancel. And start wanting a refund. I get the $4 pretty quick. But they refund to refund the whole thing. Ethier I or they said to send it back for a refund. So I tried. I took it to be shipped back and they said $52. I said heck no. And they refused to give me a prepaid shipping label.
When I got home I messaged them on Facebook (the only way to contact them a robot will respond to emails and that's about it). I had been messaging for a while on there because I kept emailing and it kept getting robot responses that were asking me if I wanted to do their second chance thing. Even though I was already emailing about that.
After weeks of fighting they finally say that I can send them photos of the blankets and I will get my refund. These blankets were in my car because I tried to ship them off. So it took forever for me to be able to get to them. But I did I took the stupid photos and sent it to them and got my darn refund.
They only would respond when I was at work and around the same hour from about 12:30pm to 1pm. And this was on Facebook and I would get 1 maybe if I was lucky 2 messages at this time.
This company is scammy and cheap too cheap to hire more then one person to do their customer service.
Don't do it don't waste your time.
