Many of clothes did not fit me and had stains. I had some issues placing a replacement order and emailed the customer support email. I received an email that didn’t address my issues and when I tried contacting them again I never heard back. All in all I’m very disappointed in my experience.

Completely unacceptable experience, I have now escalated to paypal. This company is very clearly messing with the reviews on their website (which most online retailers do, I'm pretty sure) & deleting all negative comments on Instagram. A lot of the reviews on here seem really sketchy too (generic 5 star reviews whose poster has no other reviews) They are incredibly shady. I wanted to give the company a try even though I saw lukewarm discussion on reddit, it's now been over a month since I placed my order with nothing but delays. It's completely impossible to get in contact with a human, every time I email their customer service line all I get are automated replies about returns. I can't return anything if I haven't gotten it. I want to cancel my order because at this point it's no more convenient than just going to my own thrift store but it's been weeks with no responses. I originally opened a claim on PayPal and they didn't reply to that either.

They were amazing and that's an understatement. The clothes I received were so clean, folded with love and honestly I just want to wear it all the time (and I do). Way better to get nice shirts and jackets and even pants from here.

I was shipped the wrong item.

If you get the wrong item be aware that the only option is to pay to ship it back if you want a refund or you can only receive store credit for it. There are far better ways to get secondhand goods at a better brice

My order was shipped quickly and everything was in Fairly good condition.

I waited over a month for my order to arrive and when it did I received half womens clothes that even had womens names on them. I did not want womens clothes. When I asked to return/ refund I was denied and then ignored.

Items arrived in great condition And in a fairly reasonable amount of time. I will definitely be ordering again.

Terrible experience . Held my money for almost 2 months for nothing . I got a couple of sorry your order is delayed and a third email saying that they weren’t happy with what they picked or some nonsense and they were starting over . The only response I got from a real person was an email from them saying they were out of several things I ordered and they would give me store credit . I told them to refund what they didn’t have and ship what had been prepared . I had 2 orders in and both were candles and I was refunded in about a week . All they offer for your trouble is a discount code that is no good to me or store credit . Why in the world would I use a discount code or store credit when my first order never arrived .
There was nothing to ship because after 2 months they had not even started on my orders . Had they not refunded I was going to my credit card company and have them handle it . This company has a good idea behind it but you will never get your order and then be offered store credit . I was counting on those clothes as I recently lost a lot of weight .
They hide negative reviews from everywhere and they don’t let you review on the site unless you actually get your order . They hid the negative reviews on social media . While this company started as a good idea it is a hugely over priced scam . From the reviews I’ve seen I’m glad I didn’t get my order . They can’t hide negative reviews everywhere and the ones I’ve seen were vastly unhappy ! They got torn , stained , gross old clothes that most thrift stores wouldn’t even put out . Plus the t shirts are all freebies given out by a company or some random shirts for a local school or baseball team or family reunion shirts . Honestly a lot of clothes aren’t worth saving and it seems their’s is just a bunch of trash that you can get at any Goodwill for $1 and not $5 each .

Recycling clothes is awesome, and Goodfair has good refund and replacement policies if something is wrong.

I received an order with tshirts I wouldn’t typically wear, and they happily made me another surprise package which I received immediately!! Great business with fantastic customer service and very sustainable!

I absolutely hate the way they handle their customer service. I received two items damaged and stained and it took me an entire week to get a human response from them. They hide bad reviews to seem like they’re a good company and are so picky with their refunds. The automated system kept offering me a replacement but seeing as how they don’t have any sort of quality control in their warehouses, i didn’t want to pay any more money to yet again receive damaged goods. The worst company i’ve bought from yet. I’ve seen smaller companies on instagram that have better customer service than this.

Absolutely worst company I’ve ever dealt with, customer service is a joke. My orders been missing for months and haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone on where it is or get any type of refund.

Fantastic online store! I loved how quick it made it to my home and the clothes were perfect size. Everything about this shop is amazing and i can not wait to order more clothes from them !! 10/10 recommend

I was unsure if I would like the clothes that were sent to me, but the clothes I got were in great condition and suited me perfectly, and if I wasn't happy with them, I had the option to easily get a new set sent to me.

I went three weeks with no communication from them. I had to send two emails before a response and then they shipped my order. I got my order and there was a part just crossed out and the flannel i got had glue EVERYWHERE on it. They didn’t bother to refund me when they packed the order so I had to ask for one. Not worth the hassle.

Good prices and good quality products. Their bundles are awesome and the prices are amazing for a poor college student. I like surprises so not knowing what you're gonna get is exciting to me. The shipping takes a bit but considering what you're getting I have trouble complaining. Very cool company

I received 4 hoodies. One of the hoodies is in good condition. The three other hoodies all had serious issues.
One hoodie has multiple spots of discoloration, a navy hoodie with orange sizes spots that are dark pink.
Second hoodie has several seams that are unraveling. The front pocket has two inches of seam that is missing. the hood has a large gap where the outside fabric and liner are not sewn together.
The 3rd hoodie is an old worn hoodie from a wreaker service.

recieved my items in a timely manner but a couple issues with quality with a couple pieces. one in particular stood out because there was a sizable hole, about 2 inches wide, in the outter armpit of my cardigan. i appreciate the message behind the brand but kind of feel duped into splurging 30 bucks for something that was missed. i get the whole roulette of getting random items, im ok with that. just not ok with playing my chances at getting ripped clothing, regardless of it being thrifted or brand new.
