Goodhood レビュー

Purchased a Brain Dead hat and Earth People T-shirt.

Notified after purchase that the hat was not in stock (still continue to advertise on social media), and duly refunded. Gutted.

They offered a 10% discount code off the next purchase. Which is also offered to anyone first time online shopping.

The T-shirt was wet oversized and immediately returned for a smaller size. Whilst they have acknowledge it’s been received back, there has only been a ‘please allow 14 days to process your return request…. That was over a week ago. I don’t know if they have the smaller size or if it has been processed or sent out?

I like this store. It has a really good vibe, and really helpful people working there… I have visited, purchased and I love the range on offer. It needs to pick up things online.

Ordering was simple. Delivery was quick and received regular updates. The trainers fit perfectly. No complaints at all. Very happy.

They charge a lot for a delivery fee, if you need to return the item then it will incur another delivery charge.

Excellent product and excellent customer service ! Very pleased

Ordered a cap, which was delivered next day by DHL. Really happy with the item purchased, the quality is second to none! I was in the know about the state of my delivery throughout the process. Will use again! Thanks ☺️

They went above and beyond!

Good experience, delivery was well packed and delivered okay so overall very good experience

Got a pair of Snow Peak trousers in the sale then ordered a pair of Adidas Spezial shorts that I couldn't get anywhere else. Both arrived quickly, well packaged and were both reasonably priced. Would highly recommend Goodhood

Great experience both online and in the shop. Quick delivery and easy to use website.

The Spitalfields shop is way better now with the shop feeling being x2, x3 times bigger so they carry more stock.

Super quick shipping and packaged nicely. My favourite store in London!

It is a treat to shop at Goodhood. The selection is excellent and the staff knowledgeable. Great to see the store grow.
