Would be better if online orders could be collected in store. £6.95 postage when I live on the same street is excessive and not very green.

Generally Goodhood are okay and I receive my orders in a timely manner. There was one order recently which never arrived and after 2 weeks I started to email about where the order was. I emailed 4 times across a 2 week period and have never until today received a reply so ended up having to take alternative routes to get my money back. This was far from the outcome I expected from Goodhood. It’s left quite a sour taste in my mouth going forward as it was a lot of stress and waste of time for nothing due to extremely poor customer service.

Goodhood are terrible at customer service if I could give it zero stars I would. They still owe me over £100 in refunds from November 2025 and I’ve messaged them numerous times to receive no reply so given up. I wouldn’t buy from them unless you are willing to lose money.

Love Goodhood: favorite independant . Could do better on delivery especially at sale time and refunds could be quicker. However does not deter me from shopping with them. Great brand and we need to support independents

All very easy from ordering to receiving the order.

Love good hood- everything is great in terms of what they buy in - very cool and varied.

The delivery I received included an incorrect item (which was of less value than what I ordered). I have tried contacting them for a week and haven’t heard anything back. All I have left to do is to visit their store when I am back in London to try and sort this problem. Very poor customer service and it’s a shame to read that others have experienced the same issue. I will not be placing an order with them again.

What a rubbish way this store runs. Would advise no one to order on line. It’s now 1 month since they received my return and still no refund. Can’t speak to anyone and they don’t respond to emails.
I bought this through Klarna and they are now in dispute with them. I’m going to have to get on to my bank as they have taken 2 payments off me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Placed an order for some travis scott green trainers and with 1-3 days delivery selected as these were a gift. Day 3 came and didn't hear anything so decided to email the store to which Edd responded within 10 minutes and had my items packed and shipped. Whilst this store gets alot of heat, I cannot complain about their service because they responded really well and were willing to help. Thank you Edd for the help in getting these to me

Quick delivery and good customer service

Have had horrendous treatment from Goodhood and basically been ignored despite numerous requests for a response. Purchased a gift for our son a few days ago which wasn’t suitable so requested that if we sent the item back we could use credit to buy something else online. We live over 4 hours from London. Were told no- not possible and have had no other correspondence. At no point during the transaction were we informed of this.
Have purchased many gifts in the past and from previous store.
Appalled that you can’t be bothered to help with a really easy request.
Will never visit again

Horrific! Dont reply to customer service emails. I ordered over two weeks ago and no sign of dispatch.

This operation feels more like a circus. I placed an order, received confirmation, and saw the payment deducted, all without any apology or explanation. Suddenly, they canceled the order without reason, showing no empathy or regard. This was a terrible first experience, and I will never shop with this business again. I wish I had read these reviews earlier.

Placed an order which is advertised as DHL express delivery three days on no item all ive had is an email saying its delayed no indication of timescales tried emailing the company several times and NO RESPONSE first time ordering from them wish I didnt bother

Amazing pair of trainers, delivery was delayed but was sent an email and the day I got the email next day, delivery arrived

Couldn’t be happier

Ordering and receiving my order were fine, but the return was annoying because I had to pay another £6 postage, having already paid £6 postage when I ordered. Therefore I was £12 out of pocket.

Very easy to order and item. Lots of notifications about the order and when it's on it way. Great experience.
