Such a simple process to order new lure, gas etc. First time online ordering and found it easy. Keep up the great work team, your traps are amazing, very well made and so effective. The chirp I find is accurate and easy to identify the kills on my phone. The rats in my area are getting hammered.

The website, ordering & payment aspects of the website are very easy to follow. However Goodnatures attention to detail when packaging the order fell short of my expectations (& I'm sure theirs) when only 1 CO2 cannister was first sent when I actually ordered 2 & was billed accordingly.
Upon a phone call to explain this, there was no hesitation in rectifying this mistake.

We had about 10 rats in our fruit trees. So we used this company and bought a rat trap. Caught four so far, works a treat. Fast shipping and easy to use app. Highly recommend this company.

It’s doing what it should to eliminate the rats foolish enough to look up for more tasty treat food. Have dealt to two rats under the house, but am not sure that the chirp is syncing as it should to my phone. Does it only do this when it triggers, or should it do so regularly when my phone is in bluetooth range? If the latter, how do I get it to sync?

After making the decision to purchase a trap, based on a recommendation the process from sale to delivery at door was super fast. Quite a relief when you realize you have a rat issue!

Excellent product, killed 6 rodents within days of deploying the Goodnature trap.

Range of possum lure (e.g. Larger 500g pouch) and traps have been reduced making servicing of thr traps now more expensive. Its very early in the life cycle of a product to be deprecating support for larger users or the A12.

What appeared to be a legit, useful product appears more likely now to be a marketing led company more interested in hype than being around and reliable for the long term.
