I’m truly sorry for the hiccup with your subscription notification and the confusion around the billing name. We do send reminder emails before each order renews, but clearly something slipped through for you, and I can imagine how frustrating that must have been. We’re already looking into ways to make our reminders even more reliable (and easier to spot), so you always feel in control of your schedule.

As for the “Illuminati Capital” name on your statement—that’s the parent company behind Googipet. I know it can look confusing at first glance, but you did exactly the right thing by reaching out, and I’m happy we were able to clear it up quickly.
