The admin Barry and admin Cactus are very helpful. And Barry, the guy, is always trying new things. You know what is awesome about this group? The smart algo has updates, right? But there is a section where you can give a suggestion, and Barry is always challenging things. I spoke to him about a few things regarding updates. MIND YOU, HE REALLY LISTENS TO MEMBERS. IT'S AN AMAZING GROUP FOR THE PRICE IT'S AT NOW; IT'S A STEAL. THE SOFTWARE IS ACCURATE. I TRADE GOLD, AND IT'S REALLY GOOD ON M5 AND M15, AND THERE ARE EVEN MORE UPDATES COMING. THIS IS A TOTAL PACKAGE. I would really like you guys reading this to try the trial; after that one month and longer, I know for 99.9% you will fall in love with this . Do not be disappointed, and remember ALWAYS ALWAYS USE RISK MANAGEMENT, AND YOU WILL FOR SURELY WIN. This review is from me leroy within the smart algo Community i hope you people reading this try the trail to see for yourself its fun and accurate i hope if possible they something for mt4 and mt5 so i dont have to pay tradingview premium to get alerts but al in the software the algo is the best !!!!!!!!!!!

I signed up for their $1 trial for 1 week. After the trial ended, I noticed attempted charges on my Visa card even though I did not agree to continue the subscription. I immediately contacted them with my name and email, but soon after I saw two failed payment attempts from my bank notifications. This made me feel very uncomfortable as it seemed like they tried to charge me again without consent.

In addition, I saw another person in their group ask to cancel a subscription, and shortly after, that person was removed from the group. This raises concerns about how they handle customers who do not want to continue.

Update: About 15 minutes after they replied to my first review, I received another attempted charge. After that, my account was blocked from their group. I wish I could upload screenshots here to provide more evidence.

My intention is only to share my experience and warn others to be careful when considering their trial or subscription. THIS IS MY SECOND REVIEW after they tried to remove the first one.

The purpose of a trial is for users to test the service and then decide if they want to continue. It is true that the trial mentioned recurring billing, but a proper subscription model should always allow customers to easily cancel on the website. In this case, cancellation was only possible by contacting you through email or Discord.

I personally witnessed a member of your Discord group request cancellation, and shortly after that, he was blocked and removed from the group. This makes the cancellation process unclear and unfair to customers.

Secondly, right after you replied to my first review, I received another attempted charge on my Visa card but not successful, I have all pictures about it. This shows that you still had access to my payment information and could initiate a charge attempt at any time. I have bank notifications as proof and I am willing to provide them to Trustpilot if necessary.

To be clear, my intention is not to criticize your indicator itself – it is average, not bad. What concerns me is the way payments are handled, which feels misleading and risky for users. I want others to be aware so they can make an informed decision.

I didn’t expect Smart Algo to help me improve my results in such a simple and effective way. I first chose the quarterly plan to try it out, and now I’m planning to purchase the lifetime license. This tool has truly helped me achieve much better results.

At first, I was intimidated by the concept of trading because I thought it was something I needed to master. This indicator however proved otherwise! It is easy to use, very accurate and has simplified my trading journey this far. I highly recommend!

This indicator has been my favourite indicator out of many I’ve tried, certainly takes the S tier due to its unique tools and accuracy. Would recommend!
