No problem with the product. Not as simple as presented and I’m not savvy enough to navigate.
My information is related to customer service. Website phone number is totally bogus. Phone number is unanswerable and not in Las Vegas as company address is posted but at Irvine California.
Plus the infomercial seems to elaborating on the Robo upgrade and the free TradingView basic seems to be way to basic for trading management as claimed.

Hi everyone this robot is bullish. It blew up my account in two days of trading.It buys t at the residence and sell at the support with multiple trade at the same time without the stoplosse. Then when you contact them they will tell you to sell a report of the trade and they tell you not to close trade manually.it not possible because it's will blow one account if you don't close them . This is a scam

I have been in Forex trading for a few years now, but I wanted to automate things so I got the SmartAlgoTrade robot, and in just one month I can say that it has impressed me. The robot smartly opens long and short trades after analyzing them, and I made good profit. I am planning to get the lifetime license. It’s a smart way to make some passive money on the side, and I will continue using it in the future.

Do not Trade with Smart Algo Trade. The EA has messed up my trading and Blown up my account in just three days. It was working well in the first day of trading and The EA going crazy on the second day of trading. The EA open and close few hundred of trades USDJPY pairs in every other seconds that cause me losing money. I got a shocked to see this the next day morning as I leave it to trade on automatic overnight. I quickly reported to the support but due to time zone different I have to wait. I removed USDJPY quickly from the trade but let other pairs running. Gold is the one that burst my account. The EA simply cannot handle Gold trading, It open many trades but hardly close the trade even it closes trade most of them are losing trade or with low earning. It goes without stop loss and The EA run on default mode with Lot sizes multiplier activated. All running at the losses even before the US bank rate news release. I let the EA continue to run and I went to sleep. Another shocked hit me the next morning, my account was blew up. Left only $2.96 in my account. I quickly sent email with full account history report to the support for compensation due to their poor EA performance....back and forth with emails and finally they blame me for manually close the trade on USDJPY pairs. No compensation.

1) USD JPY open few hundreds pair over night and I was asleep and how can I close faster than the Bot ?
The main thing USDJPY was not the one blowing my account.

2) Gold trade is the one blowing my account and they did not mentioned about it.

3) Smart Algo EA is not smart in handling during news release.

I strongly not recommended using this Free Bot and they are not responsible for their EA Bot mistake.
They have nothing to lose every trade that the bot open they make a commission from AvaTrade broker.
I ask for compensation but it was ignored and rejected. Traders, Please stay away from them and do not trust their under perform EA. There are better EA out there.

Signed up with one of their advertised and recommend (by them), brokers and made the required minimum deposit in order to get the trading bot.

Now they implying I didn't use their link to sign up,when I them ask for assistance to register properly,they then go silent.

by these reviews I can say if is scam there must be some regulatory authority on internet before they can advertise

This company should be avoided. It took more than four months to get back my money back from this company, you can check my page for more info . They literally closed my account and stopped responding to calls and mails. So please stay away from them.

I think this is MLM Network without substance

This smart algo is very bad,right now as im writing this message im in the middle of debt because of this nonsense,the broker who recruited me he said his name is james saga and he promised me that i will make a lot of money,but right now he blocked me from his whatsapp and he is gonne with my last money.smart algo is only a scam.

If it were possible, I would have rated them a -1 star, but for service, their customer service is Extremely POOR. Since I downloaded this EA, if sent them numerous email requesting assistance. They care less about their customers.

The robot has no sense of direction, it indiscriminately keeps opening long and short positions.

Unfortunately I am loosing money as well,when you ask about loss of profit,you won't get direct answer,is three weeks now and the profit is on minus,I was advised to deposit more money to proceed with trading,when they advertise their robot they only mention the 250$deposit and the robot will run the profit unlike human trading.The profit I gained in a week was 93$ and after that you loose,I have sent numerous e-mails and the statement report for explanations on the figures,hence their newsletter mention that you will get an expert advice,requested the telephone contact and you won't get it,I tried sending communication through facebook and they won't reply on facebook,tell me who is fooling who here.

positive reviews are scam. like the robot

I have been trading Forex from 2010. I bought hundreds of robots and tested some free ones as well. All of them drained my accounts. I lost thousands of dollars because of these scam robots until I found an advertisement on a site and also saw a video on youtube about SmartAlgoTrade. I decided to test it on a demo account for one month. After it expires I decided to test it more for another month and the support are very helpful and sent me another demo one month license for free. In these 2 months period, i made a 20K profit on a 50K demo account. It was a very good income so I decided to buy the lifetime license. Now I have been using the robot from January 2017 and already doubled my Real account that I started with 5K. Well done guys I really like your robot and I doubt that there are no other robots out there to compare with SmartAlgoTrade.Thankyou SmartAlgoTrade - You are changing people's lifes

The guys in SmartAlgoTrade are very helpful, you can use their free fx robot on Demo Account to understand how it's work and then use the robot on a live account.

Yeah I am a valued client at smartalgotrade. I was a beginner then when this company helps me to learn how to trade in forex market. They do use Fx robot for trading, which is quite easy to handle.Their customer support is fabulous and always respond quickly. Honestly, SmartAlgoTrade works really well for me, highly recommended to all. Remember one thing, the minimum deposit is 250$. Enjoy!

smartalgotrade is scam. i signed up with one of the brokers on the site to get the free robot for 1 year and after i put the robot on my account the robot just opened too many trades that just lost all of my account.

I searched over the Internet and found all the info about this guy behind this website smartalgotrade.com

His name is reem vasker and he is from Israel (like most of the scammers). i want to sue him from my loss.
