We worked with Go Swag on an onboarding pack project. Working with Sam was a pleasure throughout and our employees loved the Swag they got.

I had an amazing experience working with goswag to get branded swag packs for our company employees and clients. We're a relatively small company so we had quite particular requirements for the quantities and types of items we wanted for our order. The team were extremely helpful in providing me with all the different options and helped me create a really wonderful bespoke pack. I had a rush job for a large client in London, who needed 100 bags printed and delivered in a very short space of time. The team were careful to only show me items that fit within the timings parameters, called me even though they were at a remote company retreat and ensured that a problem with the shipping company was fully resolved. They followed up every step of the way, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Their catalogue of items is vast and their service is always on point.

Even when things go wrong (which is very rare) they’ll do everything they can to make it right.

Not all vendors care about their customers like goswag does.

I have been working with the GoSwag team on a big project that involved worldwide deliveries of branded merch packages. Great working model that takes all of the faff out of getting swag to staff – that was the USP that appealed to our company. The items looked great, and the team worked to a tight turn-around.

Wish I could give 4.5 as the only niggle was that I had to keep on top of communications – the right people weren't always cc'd, and there was sometimes a delay in response, but any chasing got a quick reply.
