Takes the faff out of getting swag to staff
Great working model that takes all of the faff out of getting swag to staff – that was the USP that appealed to our company. The items looked great, and the team worked to a tight turn-around.
Wish I could give 4.5 as the only niggle was that I had to keep on top of communications – the right people weren't always cc'd, and there was sometimes a delay in response, but any chasing got a quick reply.

Great products, great service
I chose GoSwag because of their immense eye for quality and not just shipping crap out into their world, something we really want to associate with our brand. Ben at GoSwag has been incredibly patient with my endless streams of edits and requests within tight timelines. I have built up a close relationship with Ben, I could not recommend them enough as a company. I submitted a request for a set of swag to be handed out at events and now prepping a swag pack for the employees at my company. Highly recommend!

If you want an efficient partner - Avoid.
If you're looking for a business that is responsive, accurate, communicates delays, concerns or issues clearly and is a great experience for your team members, then Avoid GoSwag.
I have to say I have worked at multiple startups and enjoyed swag from all, but none have been as atrocious as this business.
