AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL Service
Order took nearly two months to arrive, the full order didn't come through, asked for the remainder of the order to be shipped to another address. Never received. Asked for a refund, which I was told I was going to receive, three months still waiting and now they are completely ignoring my emails.....five months in total and still not resolved!!!!!!

False advertising on clothing. Completly different pictures from what you get
Plus they dont want to take responsibility for this and want to force oversea ahipping cost onto the buyer, for their FALSE and fraudulent advertising.

they are scammers. I bought a jacket from Gothic Mania. It arrived damaged (fake leather flaking off, leaving a hole right at the very front panel of the jacket), with no labels either. My request for a full refund of the faulty goods has been declined. The seller claims that they cannot verrify what state my jacket arrived in, as it was not checked by the courier(!) Furthermore, I am told that as per their policy the maximum refund they can offer is 50% of the price I ve paid, provided that i will return the item at my own cost. Needless to say, the shipping cost is around 70% of the bought product's value. This practice practicly prevent any customers to return items whether they arrive damaged (like in my case) or wrong size, or any other reason you might have for wanting to return the goods. You have been warned. Decision whether you want to take risk to buy from them is yours

Their website seems legit, even when you order they make it seem like shipping will be quick, but no. It took a WEEK to even ship and then THREE WEEKS before it was delivered. It's all drop-shipped from China. You might as well be buying from Wish or Shein - it'll be the same quality and probably cheaper and at least they are honest about how long shipping takes.

When you make a purchase, they call you to offer you a 50% discount on your next purchase.
Their website offers no option to cancel your order.
Reverse image search of their items shows that the pictures they use for their products can be found everywhere in the internet.
Their customer service is laughable. I sent an email asking to cancel the order and they sent it nonetheless. Once it arrived, the garment didn't fit and was of poor quality. I sent an email to return it.
It took them two weeks to reply to my email, and they did so with an autogenerated message of how it would be a hassle to send the product back to their warehouse, and how difficult returns could be, and, instead, they offer a 40% discount code on the items of their sites as a, and I quote "quicker and more budget-friendly alternative".
You know why?
Because the customer has to PAY to send the item to their warehouse.
I have a 50€ jacket that doesn't fit me, and will clearly never see that money again.
Everyone, please share this with your friends. Make research whenever you see huge discounts in social media adds. These predatory ""businesses"" are all over the place.

So I ordered a dress, first off took weeks to arrive... finally get the dress take it out the package an my first thought is this material feels insanely cheap and fragile!!! But I still wanted to give the dress a chance so I go to try it on and the dress tore in 3 spots incredibly easy!! I wrote the company an the tell me we can't exchange or refund/store credit for something that's been worn?! What the hell? CRAZY! so you mean to tell me if I try on something and it doesn't fit or tears easily you don't do anything about it besides a sorry? F that! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! Worst shopping experience EVER

Placed an order. Poor quality and fit so wanted to return in accordance with their 30-day return policy clearly stated in their terms and conditions. They refused, responding with: “We would like to inform you that there have recently been updates to our return policy, and return requests must now be submitted within 7 days of delivery.” It was NINE days. Their website stall states: “RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.” Despite pointing this out, they still refused a return/refund. Do not trust them.

Got an item that didn't fit me and was cheap quality for the money that I paid for it.
Tried returning it and they offered me discount for next purchase.
When I insisted on receiving a refund and returning the item they told me that they've changed the returns policy and that I can only get the refund in first 7 days and then offered more discounts for next purchase. I don't want your cheap and overpriced items. Thanks.

Ordered a hoodie and jeans, hoodie came fine within 2 weeks but the jeans I've been waiting 6 weeks for. The support email takes days to respond and all I had was a "sorry for the inconvenience" when asking for a delivery update. Would not recommend

Do not order from here . It's another site that has great pictures awful company . To start they shipped not within the shipping window listed on their site ( thank god I had a backup outfit). It was only after I email them that I received a tracking number . I ordered a blazer and it was too small . I email them the day of or the day after it got delivered ( following their return policy ) absolute crickets . I sent a follow up - nothing . I still have no received a refund or a response .

I sent two emails to them and have not received a response yet. The merchandise I ordered was not as described. They said it was a cotton blend, but when I received it, I noticed right away it was polyester when I booked at the label. It said 100% polyester which I am allergic to I need to return these items and have my credit card credited but they will not respond to me. There is no telephone listed for them so there’s no way to speak to a live person. They are supposedly going out of business and I can understand why now. Big mistake ordering from them.

What a disgrace this company is. After saying they offer returns they actually want you to send your item back to China? At your cost? And also pay a fee? They have ignored at least 10 of my emails. Absolutely disgusting. I would not recommend buying from here if you want a return. 👎🏻

I got an ad on my Facebook feed, liked the merchandise, got more ads and "discounts" so I decided to order.
Don't be fooled by the high-quality photos and the hype in the descriptions on their site!
I ordered two items, one for me and another as a gift for my daughter.
Mine arrived first: it was supposed to be a quality cotton-polyester blend, the photo showed a structured blouse with cut-outs. What I got was a low-quality, plain polyester T with scissor cuts in it. For the same money, I could have made ten of these with Ts from the local Chinese shop.
Then the gift arrived: it had f***ing RHINESTONES on the cat print! If I had known, I never would have ordered.
They eventually got back to my emails and offered a refund but I didn't bother, after reading the reviews I realise it would have been a waste of time.
I wrote my complaints in the comments of the ads that kept coming, and they blocked me.
They can't block me here, I just wanted to let people know how ripped off I was, 60 euro for two items that were worth less than 10. This is only the second company that has ripped me off, in dozens of Internet purchases I have made. Stay away from them!

Poor quality (fast fashion-like) clothes, in my case the item arrived defected too, i tried to contact the support team and they kept me waiting forever. Never had a refund

First the dress that I ordered which was supposed to be am evening gown was stocking material with glitter all over it. I returned the item after wait a month for them to send me an approval(address). I sent it back and I have not heard anything from this company.

Cheaply made products sold at high prices. Ordered a shirt that was not even close to the size shown on their website. The material was sheer and not advertised as so. Their "dress" shirt was similar to a cheap dry-fit shirt. The returns must be sent back to their China warehouse plus restocking fees.

I ordered a dress and my payment went through, then I got a weird telemarketer like call from someone offering me discounts on my next purchase. Then I got an email saying the dress I ordered was out of stock and to please pick a different item and they will even up the exchange difference by $10. I looked on their site again and saw that the dress they told me was out of stock and it was still for sale. Then I emailed them back and said I wanted a refund on my credit card, NOT store credit. Thy responded with a generic “someone will get back to you in 24 hours”. Still haven’t heard back!!

They're just scammers. They sent merchandise that doesn't match the photos shown. They don't respond to complaints. It's an incredible scam.
Don't fall for their trap!!

Scam alert. Gothic Mania is selling a cardigan using the exact same product photo as Shein for €50.29 (conveniently “on sale” from €100.58, lol).
That very same cardigan costs €23.49 on Shein.
No difference. Same item. Same photo. Just a massive markup.
On Gothic Mania, the product is called “Men’s Skull Cardigan.”
On Shein, the same product is called “Manfinity Hypemode Skeleton Cardigan.”
Buyers should be aware of this kind of drop-shipping practice before wasting their money.
