Very poor, ordered a hoody on Christmas day, heard nothing except an order confirmation. I will never shop here again, beware they are scammers. I ordered from here I read the sketchy reviews but still decided to give them a chance. I placed my order and when I received the notification that my package had shipped out, I waited a few days before attempting to check it and when i did i could not find the site to track it on as it is some foreign site. I reached out to them to try and see where my package was and how long shipping takes and i did get a response. However, after determining that the item would not be here when i needed it to be and asked about the refund policy they told me they couldnât tell me until i received the package. what type of company canât tell you the refund policy before you receive it ?
