Shittiest service. I would never ever buy any flights via booking as the service of Gotogate is pure hell.

La société nous a obligé à reprendre une autre réservation et nous confirmant qu'elle va annuler la 1ère réservation et la rembourser dans la foulée. Mais, la foulée dure depuis 8 mois !!!
La société me dit qu'elle va me rembourser les 1500 euro mais toujours rien, rien et encore rien à part "nous sommes désolé" mais nous ne voulons pas des excuses mais un remboursement...

Comprei 3 passagens de ida e volta de Sao Paulo- Stuttgart pela GOTOGATE para as datas de 13/12/2025 e 05/01/2026, ambos operados pela ITA AIRWAYS. recebi um email no dia 09/07 dizendo que meu voo da ida havia sido cancelado pela companhia aerea portanto prontamente liguei para a GOTOGATE para resolver a situação. Fui neste dia ofertada 2 opçoes: pedir reembolso ou reagendar. Solicitei que os voos fossem remarcados e ficou combinado com a GOTOGATE que seria solicitada a nossa realocação em um outro voo de ida no mesmo dia 13/12/2025 e p voo de volta no dia 04/01/2026. Eis que logo depois recebi um email dizendo que minha reserva havia sindo cancelada sendo que eu nao solicitei em nenhum momento que fosse. Liguei novamente quando vi a mensagem e me disseram que foi um erro do sistema, que minha reserva nao estava cancelada e que a solicitaçao de remarcação dos voos fora feita. Desde então, hoje, 07/08, não obtive nenhuma atualização por email da empresa e nem mesmo corrigiram o erro do cancelamento pois ainda aparece no aplicativo para mim que está cancelada. Ja liguei mais de 10 vezes para o telefone de contato (falei Ashir, Luis entre outros) e continuam me dizendo que ja solicitaram a remarcação mas ainda nao teve resposta da companhia aerea. Liguei para a ITA AIRWAYS e o funcionario Wesley hoje me disse que não houve solicitação pela gotogate da remarcação. Então em quem confiar? Como proceder? Me sinto completamente enganada!!

Last May, I booked three tickets with Qatar Airways (Amsterdam – Bali) through Gotogate. Just five days before our trip, my grandmother, who was traveling with us, became seriously ill and had to be hospitalized. We had no choice but to cancel. Because we didn’t book directly with Qatar Airways, everything had to go through Gotogate.

After submitting every document they asked for, Gotogate told me that once Qatar Airways approved the refund, I’d receive the money in my account within 5 days. It’s now been over 2 months, 12 long and frustrating calls, and countless empty promises.

Qatar Airways already refunded the full amount to Gotogate more than a month ago (I even have email confirmation), yet Gotogate still hasn’t returned a single cent. Every time I call, I get the same scripted answer that it will be resolved “soon,” but nothing ever happens.

I’m now filing an official complaint with Qatar Airways and taking legal action against Gotogate for breach of contract and, frankly, theft.

NEVER book through Gotogate. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and financial loss. Book directly with the airline. It’s usually cheaper anyway.

This company is a complete disappointment. I requested a change to my flight and was quoted a new fare, which I accepted. Despite confirming payment, no ticket was issued due to so-called “technical issues” on their side. I followed up the next day and was asked to pay even more, with the excuse that fares change hourly — yet the delay was entirely their fault.

I spent another hour and a half on chat, during which they repeatedly promised a manager would call me. That call supposedly came through at 4 AM, which is completely unacceptable — and frankly, I never received any call at all.

What’s worse, their customer service is a joke. They keep you in endless chats, pretending to help while clearly not even reading your case. They just repeat the same irrelevant questions again and again.

This company is unreliable, dishonest, and wastes your time. Avoid them completely.

Worst travel company out of all of them. Offshored to India but they’ll fake their phone calls from UK. They lie about returning your call, timing and management. They hire low level laborers who do and don’t think and don’t make sure they’re looking out for you. They don’t care about anything and have the worse policies. Stay far, far away from them

Dopo tre mesi ho ricevuto 10.- serio. Divono che non hanno ancora pagato ma sembra che il ritorno di 350.- di danno sia quello non paga nemmeno il prezzo che ho pagato dell'assicurazione 😂
