I ordered over a month and a half ago and still havenât received my product and now theyâre not responding to my emails now I have to get legal action to try to get some of my money back. beware do not deal with this company. As many have described, the order states it's awaiting shipment. It's been a week since I placed the order. I received a very general response instructing me to refer to their return policy. I responded with you haven't even shipped the item and I requested a refund but no response received .Communication is poor and customer service lacks, I too will be requesting a charge back, I will never shop here again. I typically don't write reviews but in this instance, I feel like I have been taken advantage and goturbo refuses to return my funds.

Placed order for two items on December 9th 2025 totaling $350. As of December 30th, no shipment of my parts and no timeline on when they would ship. After days and weeks of emails, "AI" style responses, broken promises, I gave up. Last email I sent to them was to refund me or I would get my Visa credit card holder involved. So on December 31st they refunded my payment. So long story short, if you want your items in a reasonable timely manner. Stay clear of Goturbo.net !!

I ordered a set of brake lines from GoTurbo/Armageddon (goturbo.net) in June 2025. At the time, the product was listed as available and there was no indication I should expect an unusually long delay.
Months went by with no parts. In September, I contacted them for a status update and was told the order would ship âby the end of the month.â That date came and went with no shipment and no proactive update from them.
By November, I followed up again and got essentially the same answer: âby the end of the month.â At that point, I made what I believe was a very reasonable request: if they missed yet another self-imposed deadline, I wanted the order refunded, and I would be willing to pay again when the parts were actually ready to ship.
Instead of honoring their own timelines or treating me like a customer whose money had been tied up for months, they responded by canceling my order outright. The tone of their email was dismissive and, in my opinion, unprofessional and petty â it felt less like a good-faith resolution and more like retaliation for insisting on a clear ship date or a refund.
At no point did I receive a specific, credible ETA from them. Just vague âend of the monthâ promises that slipped, repeatedly, while they held onto my money. After nearly five months, I ended up exactly where I started: no parts and wasted time, with the added frustration of having to start over with another vendor.
After this experience, I started reading public reviews and complaints. I found that my situation is not an isolated incident. There are numerous 1-star reviews on sites like Trustpilot describing:

In my personal opinion, this is not how a trustworthy, customer-focused business operates. If you are considering ordering from GoTurbo/Armageddon, I strongly recommend you:
Confirm stock and lead time in writing before you pay, and
Be fully prepared for significant delays and poor communication if something goes wrong.
I will not be doing business with GoTurbo/Armageddon again. There are plenty of other vendors who can deliver performance parts on time and handle problems without punishing the customer for asking for basic accountability.

I ordered an AFE power commander called a scorcher through this company. After multiple phone calls with AFE it was determined I could not install it on my eco-diesel because of some factory brackets. I contacted Armageddon about a return, even though the product had never been installed and was in new condition, I was told there would be a 25% restocking fee and I had to pay for shipping. Seems a lot harsh for something I had no control over. Also, all their returns must be done through the website. There is no customer service phone number so that you can talk to anyone.
Before you order from this company, make sure you read their return policies. I will not order from them again.
