I mailed the defective product back to them expecting a refund, of corse. Elie (apparently the Co-founder) decided to charge me a 15% restocking fee after 2 weeks (I called and emailed them three times to request the refund because I heard nothing from them.) I emailed Elie stating his representative told me to return It after seeing my video of the product showing the defect. No response. Very poor customer service. I prefer to support small business owners, but when their run this poorly - they make it very difficult to be a repeat customer. Next time I will be buying from Amazon. I know a number of people who had worked with T Sportline (and loved them!) so I called them even though I don't have a Tesla. I brought my BMW X7 and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Elie carefully explained all of the options to me so I could make an educated decision. They were realistic about the timeline and budget and all stayed on track. I was thrilled with the results - they took no shortcuts and you could tell the care they put into getting it just right. Very grateful that I got to work with them and couldn't recommend them more!

One of the rims was a poor quality they would not warranty it in anyway had to severely damage it to get it removed. There were willing to charge me a large amount of money to purchase a replacement for the damage damaged was caused due to their poor manufacturing.
Shockingly combative and unprofessional experience with T-Sportline and Elie Rothstein
I rarely write reviews, but my experience with T-Sportlineâspecifically with Elie Rothsteinâwas so unnecessarily combative and unprofessional that I feel obligated to warn others.
I purchased three used 20" T-Sportline wheels (exact part number) for my Tesla Model S and needed to source a matching fourth wheel. I reached out to T-Sportline directly to buy one new. For over a week, I could not reach anyone by phone or email. Multiple voicemails, multiple emailsânothing. When customer service finally responded, they confirmed they had exactly the wheel I needed sitting in their warehouse.
That is where the ordeal began.
I was repeatedly asked for my vehicle specs (which I promptly provided), only to be told they âcouldnât sell the wheelâ because an internal spreadsheet showed it wouldnât fit. This was confusing because I had already test-fitted the identical wheel on my car, verified load ratings, offsets, clearances, and everything else. The wheel fits. Perfectly.
After more emails and more unreturned calls, Elie Rothstein eventually called me back. To say the conversation was unpleasant is an understatement. From the beginning, he was dismissive, argumentative, and constantly interruptingâseemingly uninterested in understanding the actual situation. His position boiled down to:
âWeâre the manufacturer. Our spreadsheet says it wonât fit. End of story.â
When I repeatedly and calmly explained that it does fit because I physically test-fit the same wheel and verified all technical criteria, he continued to push back without offering any concrete engineering reason beyond âit wonât fit.â The tone wasnât simply firm or cautiousâit was combative, unprofessional, and genuinely off-putting. Iâve dealt with aftermarket automotive companies for years and have never encountered a conversation this hostile.
Only after I pushed for a real technical explanation did he seemingly consult with an engineer. The engineer confirmed what I had been telling him from the start:
Yes, you may lose some dry-weather performance on a narrower winter wheel, but it will work exactly as intended.
Iâve now been running the wheel for two weeks with zero issues. Fitment is exactly as expected.
The problem was never that T-Sportline wanted to be cautious. I respect that. The problem was the tone, attitude, and complete lack of professionalism displayed during every interaction leading up to that point. As a customer simply trying to purchase one wheel, Iâve never been treated with such hostility by a companyâlet alone by someone representing themselves as a leader within that company.
After this ordeal, I will never buy from T-Sportline again, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering them prepare for the possibility of the same combative treatment I experienced. There are too many professional, technically competent, customer-focused companies in the Tesla aftermarket world to tolerate this kind of behavior.

Paid $2,000 for 4 rims on July 31, 2025, however they did not and do not have the rims in stock. "Delivery date" slipped from June to "maybe" November. I requested a refund, but they kept my money. They are "selling" rims the do not have.

Tsportline prices are double what the item is worth, i found the same item made by the same company tsportline uses and the price was less than half of what they charge, Carid.com has prices way lower than sportline, i made a mistake in using tsportline but i wont do that again, carid.com prices are way lower and have better customer service.
Stole my money
Currently have been waiting over a month for a chrome delete set that should have came in a few days to a week at most. No tracking updates in over 3 weeks and they insist itâs not lost, but if it was that itâs not on them? Explain to me how itâs not your liability that the shipping line YOU chose to ship your products with fails to deliver. A good business would own up to this, however I have yet to receive my money back.

I purchased a set of caliper covers for my model 3. There was an issue with the front driver side cover with stripped threaded insert. But customer service sent me a replacement asap. Very please with the look of the covers. They look much better than the typical offshore cover option. Very unique and fit the caliper correctly, not too big etc.
Poor quality control, worse customer service
Sent a product with the wrong parts and incorrectly wired connectors. Their customer service response time is atrocious. Itâs been nearly two weeks with a car torn apart and without an audio system. They donât value their customers and just worry about profit. They lost any future business from me and I hope others heed my warning.
After placing an order
After placing an order, there was no indication of tracking number or when they would ship even after 3 business days, so I emailed, and they replied 2 days later saying they were in the middle of moving warehouses. At business day 5, with my car waiting on bushings from them, I emailed saying I would cancel unless I heard back from them regarding when they would ship. No reply, so about 4 days later (somewhere around 8 business days + 1 weekend), I asked them to cancel, which they did, and even in canceling they said they didn't know when they would have the parts that I had ordered. WTF? what kind of company accepts orders and doesn't list on their page that the parts may be indefinitely delayed, or give some sort of shipping estimate? ...and beyond that in the least they should tell you via email that there is a delay. completely unacceptable. This was for polyurethane bushings for a Tesla.

Terrible. I spent almost $2000 on a bumper refresh for my 2012 Tesla. The product description clearly states that it would fit my car and guess what? It does not. They committed fraud by falsely advertising the product. The bumper they sent states that it is for 2017+ Model S but their page states 3 or 4 times that itâs for 2012-2016 models. I wouldâve written it off as a mistake but the serial number on the website matches the serial number of the bumper I received. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I will be reporting them to the BBB and taking legal action if they refuse to refund me.

I reached out to customer service, and they offered to let me reorder the panelsâat my own expenseâdespite this being their mistake. After explaining why I shouldnât pay for their error, they stopped responding entirely (nearly 3 weeks now). Very disappointed with the lack of accountability and poor customer service. Would not recommend based on this experience.
