I participated in the Producing Effective Data Visualisation to Aid Key Decision Making course, with GovPD, and found the course to be excellent. It was delivered in a very engaging way and was full of good practice tips that I could implement in my work straight away.

I really enjoyed the course and gained a lot from it which I have already started implementing. Speed was good, there was time allowed for discussion, I enjoyed the break outs and the different forms of media use throughout the online day of training

A great training course which really helped me to understand what our finance department does, and all the things I need to do as a manager to support their work. The overview of the 3 financial statements and how they link together was particularly helpful. The trainer was very knowledgeable and friendly and went at a good pace.

I found the meeting very productive. It was well presented and a good mix of input from all attendees. I found the zoom tech user friendly. And Nicola made me feel at ease when contributing.

I attended the Budgeting for Non-Finance Managers course. For a topic that could be quite dry, the trainer did an excellent job at making the content engaging and ensured my full attention for the day (remotely) and I was able to take some great practical learnings from the session that I will be applying in the near future.

Attended Mastering Feedback and Difficult Conversations -
A really good course. Interaction with other students in the breakout activities provides real world examples of a variety of experiences and how those people approached them. I have since had a meeting using some of these techniques which ended positively.

Really useful course helpful to get different ideas from other people in different professions.

Outstanding session from Matt Pinkett on tacking misogyny. He clearly outlined the problem and then gave practical solutions for how to address it which I can now implement in my own school context.
