Paul Laughlin (our trainer) proved to be both knowledgeable and entertaining. He was also genuinely concerned that what he would be delivering was what we were expecting...and it was! The day passed quickly, divided up into slide sessions, questions and answers, fun workshops and polls.

Experience was great - presenter was brilliant very funny and gave us tips and tricks we were all really engaged. I felt all empowered at the end of the day -i wish it had been longer.

I recently attended the "How to influence people at work" course. I usually struggle to stay focused during a one-hour meeting but I was 100% attentive and engaged during the 6 hours or so of the course, despite the fact it was online. Jayne Constantinis is an amazing speaker and listener. As for the GovPD team, they have been helpful and professional. I recommend 300%!

The course was very good and I picked up some useful tips. From memory, there were 14 delegates on the course, which was held remotely. If there were half that number, we would have had more time to practice presenting. We presented once and the trainer gave valuable feedback. Had we had less delegates, we could have presented again, following feedback on the first.

i recently attended a Social Media Content and Marketing Communications and found the course incredibly interest i learnt lots of new things and also built on the knowledge i already had. The event host was lovely and very easy to speak to and i felt comfortable asking any questions and putting my input in where i could. i would highly recommend a course with GOVpd. definitely was value for money.

Gov PD was a great organisation that helped me source new tools and paths to help further my career and develop. An excellent trainer, Rachel Holloway with great insight and experience she is happy to share and help nurture others.

The course was very useful to my role.
It gave me a lot to think about and how extensive it is.

I found the course very helpful and informative as to what i need to do within my new role as Caldicott guardian, in order to follow the 8 Caldicott principles when sharing confidential information. The instructor on the course answered all questions thoroughly and explained the rationale behind the answers.

Rachel has a very engaging style - interesting and interested. Her depth of knowledge in this area was evident. She was keen for us to share our experiences which meant that we all felt heard and valued. The mix of presentation, discussion and work in small groups meant that our individual learning styles were catered for.

So great to meet and share experiences with so many talented women. Thanks Rachel.

I attended Tackling Misogyny and the Andrew Tate Phenomenon. This was a very informative and interesting course, which I will be using information for to take further in my job role. Thank you!

Excellent course, really informative, information dealt with sensitively and felt able to share without feeling judged.

Matt was a passionate facilitator and presented well. Would have like a little more audience participation. There was none for the whole 3 1/2 hours of the course

I attended the online training Tackling Misogyny and the Andrew Tate Phenomenon, a course I wholeheartedly recommend. Matt Pinkett the trainer is a very interesting and engaging speaker, he made the course content stick with you through lived experience and factual knowledge. I have taken away a myriad of content that will help my institution tackle the current issues, it also reframed how I thought about some of the content areas, allowing me to make better decisions.

I attended the How to Influence and Persuade People at Work day training which was great. Tutor was well experienced and kept the day fun, entertaining and packed full of useful information and tips

This was an informative and and times hard hitting course. The speaker - Matt Pinkett - was fully engaged and knowledgeable about the subject matter. The course will help underpin action to be taken in my school.
