How to Influence and Persuade People at Work - great virtual course with a great trainer.

Attended remote training 7/2/24 which was well organised with good pre and post course communications

This was an interesting course with a good balance of interactive activity. The content was relevant and delivered in an engaging way, despite the broad range of attendees.

Matt brings a personal viewpoint to this course. He gives a full story of what it actually feels like to have various types of neurodiversity disorders which invite the attendees to start to understand and feel what it's like to suffer. This more than raises awareness, and draws you in to truly want to put systems in place to assist and support your employees in the workplace who may be living with these issues on a daily basis.
It has also made me question my own feelings and responses towards other people in my personal life too. People whose characteristics and traits match those discussed on the course and, through my own ignorance, may have annoyed or irritated me from time to time. So this has prompted me to be more receptive and understanding, whether they have a formal diagnosis or not.

The course on Mastering Feedback was great! An experienced trainer, interactive sessions and very knowledgeable attendees; many thanks!

Training on providing feedback and having 'difficult' conversations was helpful. Use of breakout rooms to have discussions in smaller subgroups made it easier for everyone to have the chance to engage.

Helen is an excellent presenter, very knowledgeable and delivers a very difficult subject matter with the right tone.

A four hour Zoom course would not necessarily promise a good experience, but this one passed so quickly, leaving a group of complete strangers thanking each other for sharing a positive, uplifting experience. Balance of Presenter-Input and active discussion was perfect. I felt my daily interactions could be permanently improved, if I could maintain my mental state by the end; a weekly top-up would be perfect, but we received detailed post-course materials to support further development and practice.
Lou's personality and experience made her ideal in the Leader's role.

I attended this course, facilitated by Matt Gupwell. I can honestly say that it was the best online training I have ever had (in any subject), and as a trainer myself, I am very fussy!
Matt brought the subject matter to life with his open facilitation style, humour and personalisation of the content and I came away buzzing. I not only gained much to internalise and think about personally, but also some good ideas of how to take this huge subject back and start on the journey of implementing some actions within the workplace.
It is a long day but with a wealth of information, personal experience and insight from Matt - I could attend it all over again!

Outstanding training session on Neurodiversity

The training was very thorough and gave a lot of space for reflection and self awareness. I really enjoyed learning from others in a coaching capacity too.

I attended Resilience and Wellbeing workshop, hosted by Pinky Jangra. Great content and well presented.

Very organised CPD, knowledgeable speaker with some implementable solutions to a very tricky problem.

Course was set at the right level and delivered at a good pace, not too fast or slow, with regular breakout sessions mixed in to add variety and maintain the momentum.

Did some great training on handling difficult situations and feedback with a diverse group of educational practitioners. Trainer was very dynamic, knowledgeable and inclusive.
