Corrected my mistakes!

I submitted the application online and realized that I made a mistake. I was able to call and get help with no hold time. The agent I spoke with was very kind and helpful. It was so easy to get it updated. She also explained the whole process with clarity.

The Gov website is pretty easy to use

The Gov website is pretty easy to use. However when including Global Entry, it charges twice and Global entry is not in every state. This information is not included. I live in Northern NV and will have to go to the San Francisco, CA airport.

The application was easy to fill out

The application was easy to fill out. The information in the instructions was very clear. I had a timing issue where it timed out and when I emailed for help, I received helo immediately and was able to resolve all the issues.

Passport renewal process was quick and fairly easy.

The process to renew my passport was thorough and didn't take nearly as long as they'd indicated it might take. The time from submitting my application for renewal to getting my new passport was only about 3-weeks. Awesome.
