The process filling the forms was easier than going to POST OFFICE get the papers go home fill out then get documents then go back to file. Printed them out at home then made my appointment so fast and thorough would suggest to all my people to do it this way!!!

Dont be fooled
I mistakenly used GovSwift because I believed I was on an official government passport website. The site gave me the impression that I was completing my passport application through the government rather than through a third-party service.
After paying the fee, I received paperwork that was not completed correctly. Because of the errors, I was unable to use the documents they provided. I then went to the official government passport website, completed the forms myself, and successfully scheduled my passport appointment. The entire process on the official site took less time than I had spent using GovSwift.
After multiple complaints, the company agreed to refund 60% of the fee. However, I still paid for a service that I ultimately could not use and had to redo myself from the beginning.
My experience was frustrating and time-consuming. I would strongly encourage anyone applying for a passport to go directly to the official government website rather than paying a third-party service. Double-check the website address before entering personal information or payment.

Prompt, helpful and quick resolution
I sent an email that I was unable to make an appointment for global entry and was surprised to receive an answer from Victoria M almost immediately. She gave me the information to change it and when I was unable to select a time and remessaged her the response was again prompt and helpful. She had made the changes within a short time and I was again so impressed with her attention to the matter and her ability to resolve my problems so swiftly. Victoria went above and beyond in my opinion.

Misleading, Avoid Avoid Avoid
This site is very misleading. It led me to believe that I was submitting my application electronically. However, after going through a lengthy process and paying a very high price, they only sent me a completed form that I could have gotten for free. Do not use this service. It is a scam, and you will then have to pay for your passport fees.

My rep, Jade made the process a bit easier as the scheduling was really not working when clicked. I was able to get the interview date and I can now start the Global Entry verification interview and get the pass.
