This is not paying for your passport
This is not paying for your passport . They are charging you 125$ just to fill out a form digitally you can fill out for free yourself at the ACTUAL passport appointment . You still have to pay for everything at the passport place ontop of what you pay them . Do not waste your money . They are not a government agency .

Honestly way more helpful than I expected!
The two people who helped me, Raine and Haide, were both SO kind, helped resolve issues quickly, and even called me to help fix something for me instead of wasting hours going back and forth via email. Super grateful for making the process as easy as possible after I had made a few mistakes when signing up and scheduling.

Govswift Assistance for Passport Renewal
Govswift offers step by step instructions and online forms to fill out in order to get or renew your passport.
This is not a purely online service. You still have to submit the forms, photo and check via USPS.

Passport scam cost of $157
NEVER, EVER use Govswift for a passport! They make it seem like you fill out the document and submit the payment for your passport and insurance totaling $157. This is fraudulent!! You are paying them $157 for you to fill out a form yourself and submit to the State Department. Then you will get a letter from the state department requesting the actual payment of $130 for your passport. Govswift is an absolute scam!!! They will steal your money pretending it is payment for your passport!! Never, ever use this fraudulent company!!

This site was extremely misleading
This site was extremely misleading. Although they state they are not affiliated with the U.S. Government it is in very small print not presented anywhere where you fill out information. They also state that they disclose it again near the check out page.
Upon filling out the form I immediately realized it was a third party company and tried to correct this. In which they responded that they would offer a 25% return. This is such a simple process to complete by yourself through the actual U.S. Gov't site. I would recommend everyone to go that route and verify it is infact NOT a third party.

This is not actual website
This is not actual website. Google is full of this website and it just leads you to them. Only to realize after you see the packet that they're only 3rd party. You honestly don't need their helpful as you've to fill out another govt form.
Please issue me a full refund as i cancelled it right after submitting the form. Don't really need any services.

After the 3rd email complaint to them the company did agree to refund me full. That was appreciated.

Update on my previous review.
Total scam!! The disclaimers that they are NOT a government agency are hidden at the end of their site. The charge you a high fee for doing what you can do free on the actual US Passport site! You provide your sensitive private information including your social security number to who knows who!
An update: I received a full refund and a call to apologize for "my misunderstanding of their website". The rep was very polite and sincerely apologized. That at lease brings my rating up to a 3 star. Just maker sure you review their fees and understand you will still have to pay the Dept of State as well.
