I recently had my rhinoplasty in Izmir and I can honestly say the entire experience exceeded my expectations.

From the beginning, my coordinator Alp was fantastic — very patient, quick to respond, and always available to answer any questions. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, which really helped put me at ease.

When we landed, everything was well organised. We were contacted about our transfer straight away and only waited around 5–10 minutes before getting on a minibus. The process was smooth, with some people dropped at the hotel and others at the hospital.

I stayed for 5 days, and the hotel was perfect for recovery — clean, spacious, and in a great location with plenty of food options and supermarkets nearby. Room service was also reasonably priced, which was really convenient.

The hospital itself was amazing — very modern and felt more like a hotel than a typical UK hospital. My surgeon was professional and reassuring, with open communication during my consultation, and checked on me the following day.

The nurses were extremely attentive, checking on me regularly (even during the night), and although there was a slight language barrier at times, the level of care was excellent.

One of my biggest concerns beforehand was feeling unsupported after surgery, but that wasn’t the case at all. Communication via WhatsApp remained consistent, and I was always kept informed about timings and next steps.

All medication was provided before discharge (included in the price), along with clear aftercare instructions and a fit-to-fly note.

Since returning home, my recovery has gone really smoothly with no issues. Whenever I’ve had questions, Alp has continued to respond quickly, which has been very reassuring.

I was initially hesitant because the price seemed almost too good to be true, but I can honestly say the quality of care and service is outstanding.

I would highly recommend Gozde to anyone considering rhinoplasty — choosing my surgeon was the best decision I’ve ever made

Ich hatte eine Nasenoperation bei Dr. Serkan Gökpinar, und alles ist sehr gut verlaufen. Er ist vollstÀndig auf meine WÃŒnsche eingegangen und war dabei sehr freundlich und einfÃŒhlsam. Auch das gesamte Krankenhauspersonal sowie das Team im Hotel waren Àußerst nett – ich habe mich rundum gut betreut und willkommen gefÃŒhlt.

Besonders positiv fand ich die Nachsorge im Krankenhaus: Nach der Operation wurde regelmÀßig nach mir geschaut, und es wurde sichergestellt, dass es mir an nichts fehlt.

Meine Beraterin war die liebe Duygu. Sie ist wirklich rund um die Uhr erreichbar und antwortet sehr schnell auf WhatsApp – ganz egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Man fÃŒhlt sich bei ihr jederzeit gut aufgehoben.

Liebe Duygu, vielen Dank fÃŒr die tolle Organisation und deine UnterstÃŒtzung – ich bin sehr zufrieden!

Mit meiner neuen Nase bin ich ebenfalls ÃŒberglÃŒcklich. Eine großartige Arbeit mit einem wunderschönen Ergebnis. Vielen herzlichen Dank – ich kann euch nur weiterempfehlen!

It's been two weeks since Dr Deniz


It's been two weeks since Dr Deniz operated on me and gave me a gastric sleeve. I have lost 5kg (11lb). I feel perfectly fine, everything is healing well.

the hospital was great. Loads of space, super friendly nurses and staff. Burcin was my medical coordinator and she was absolutely brilliant, she organised everything for me and provided me a lot of reassurance.

Victor was waiting at the hospital for me when I arrived, and he helped me navigate for all my tests and translated everything for me, he was brilliant. Absolutely wonderful gent.

If I had to go back and consider doing this again, I would 100000% do it. I was terrified, but actually I was in really good hands.

Thank you Dr Deniz, Victor, Burcin, all the nurses on floor 4, the dietician and everyone. It will really change my life for the better.

İki hafta önce İzmir’de Özel Sağlık Hastanesi'nde burun ameliyatı oldum. Ameliyatımı Dr. Serkan Gökpınar yaptı. Doktorun yaptığı ameliyattan genel olarak memnunum ve burnumun sonucu gÃŒzel. Bu konuda kendisine teşekkÃŒr ederim.

Ancak ameliyat öncesi organizasyon ve iletişim konusunda ciddi bir problem yaşadım. Ameliyattan önce asistanlar Duygu ve HÃŒseyin, uçak biletimi, rezervasyon belgelerimi ve ödeme dekontumu gösterdiğim takdirde bana 100 € bonus geri ödemesi yapılacağını söylediler. Ameliyattan sonra tÃŒm belgeleri göstermeme rağmen bu 100 € tarafıma ödenmedi. Konu hakkında birkaç kez sormama rağmen net bir çözÃŒm sunulmadı ve bu konuda yardımcı olunmadı.

Bunun dışında benim için çok önemli olan bir başka konu daha vardı: Bu ameliyat aslında benim ÌçÌncÃŒ burun ameliyatımdı (revision). Bunu özellikle ameliyat öncesinde asistanlara açıkça söyledim. Ancak sonradan anladığım kadarıyla bu bilgi doktora doğru şekilde iletilmemiş. Böyle önemli bir bilginin doktora iletilmemesi gerçekten çok profesyonel olmayan bir durum.

Tekrar belirtmek isterim ki Dr. Serkan Gökpınar’ın yaptığı ameliyatın sonucundan memnunum. Ancak verilen sözlerin tutulmaması ve asistanlarla yaşanan iletişim problemleri gerçekten hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Hastalara verilen sözlerin tutulması ve önemli bilgilerin doktora doğru şekilde iletilmesi gerektiğini dÌşÌnÃŒyorum. Umarım bu durum dÃŒzeltilir ve gelecekte başka hastalar aynı problemleri yaşamaz.

The Practice was immaculate and highly professional. It was busy and had a great atmosphere. The end results are amazing! I had implants and crowns . A brand new smile.

I returned home on Sunday with a new smile and couldn't be happier. The booking process was easy and informative, Ece was a great help and a reliable point of contact. Brilliant dental clinc

Me and my partner Rebecca, recently went to the dental clinic to have zirconium crowns fitted.

The service was great from start to finish, Ece kept us informed of travel plans and appointments and was extremely helpful and professional.

The dental clinic was 5* it was a very bespoke setting and professional.

Our dentists Yigit and Didem kept us involved and informed every step of the way.

Tolga was also extremely professional in explaining our additional dental needs and going through our X rays.

The reception and admin staff where extremely pleasant professional and polite.

Just be aware without seeing an X-ray no dentist can predict, what treatment you may need and there could be additional costs for extra treatments.

However these costs are substantially better than the costs of treatments in the UK.

Also the dental clinic is much better equipped.

Overall an extremely competitive professional and bespoke treatment with great aftercare.

We have amazing smiles and are pleased with the results the staff made us feel so welcome and it was a brilliant experience.

I would fully recommend.

Nasen OP / Dr. Gökpinar

Habe meine Nase bei Dr. Serkan Gökpinar machen lassen, Beraten wurde ich sehr gut von der lieben Duygu, die einem auch immer direkt antwortet. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit der Arbeit und meiner Nase. Man wird auch in der Klinik stÀndig betreut, Krankenschwestern sind immer in der NÀhe des Zimmers gewesen. Es gibt vor Ort auch einen sehr lieben Mann dessen Name ich leider nicht mehr weiß, der aber auch auf Deutsch&Englisch mit einem sprechen kann.
Kann ich nur jedem weiter empfehlen! :)

Dr. Serkan Gökpinar

Ich habe bei Herrn Dr. Serkan Gökpinar eine Revision Rhinoplasty durchfÌhren lassen und kann sagen, dass ich mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden bin. Das Resultat entspricht genau meinen Vorstellungen.

Im Vorfeld der Operation stand ich hauptsÀchlich mit Duygu in Kontakt, die die gesamte Organisation Ìbernommen hat. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar, hat alle meine Fragen geduldig beantwortet und mich sowohl vor meiner Anreise als auch vor der Operation sehr gut betreut. Dadurch habe ich mich bereits im Vorfeld gut aufgehoben gefÌhlt. Auch nach der Operation stand sie weiterhin fÌr meine Fragen zur VerfÌgung und hat auch durchgehend in der gesamten Phase immer sehr zeitnah geantwortet.

Vor Ort im Krankenhaus habe ich HÃŒseyin kennengelernt, der ebenfalls sehr freundlich war und meine Fragen beantwortet hat. Der organisatorische Ablauf vor Ort verlief insgesamt reibungslos.

Der behandelnde Arzt, Dr. Serkan Gökpinar, hat auf mich einen sehr kompetenten Eindruck gemacht. Er ist auf meine WÌnsche eingegangen und hat diese bei der Operation genau so umgesetzt, wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte.

WÀhrend meines Aufenthalts auf der Station habe ich unterschiedliche Erfahrungen mit dem Pflegepersonal gemacht. Ein Teil der Krankenschwestern war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Nach einem Schichtwechsel habe ich jedoch leider auch weniger positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Einige Krankenschwestern wirkten sehr genervt, teilweise hochnÀsig und wenig einfÌhlsam gegenÌber den Patienten. Statt dass RÌcksicht auf die Situation der Patienten genommen wurde, hatte man teilweise das GefÌhl, selbst RÌcksicht nehmen zu mÌssen. Auch gegenÌber Angehörigen wurde teilweise sehr unfreundlich reagiert.

Ein Beispiel dafÃŒr war am Tag meiner Operation: Als ich in den OP-Saal gebracht wurde, wollte sich meine Mutter noch kurz von mir verabschieden. Sie fragte zweimal höflich, ob sie mich noch einmal umarmen dÃŒrfe. Die zustÀndige Krankenschwester ignorierte dies jedoch zunÀchst und reagierte schließlich sehr genervt mit den Worten „Los jetzt“, was in diesem emotionalen Moment sehr unangenehm war.

Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass die organisatorische Betreuung durch Duygu und HÌseyin hervorragend war und alles sehr gut funktioniert hat. Auch Dr. Serkan Gökpinar hat sehr kompetent gearbeitet und meine WÌnsche genau umgesetzt, sodass ich mit dem Ergebnis der Operation sehr zufrieden bin. Lediglich einzelne Erfahrungen mit Teilen des Pflegepersonals wÀhrend meines Aufenthalts hÀtte ich mir empathischer und respektvoller gewÌnscht. Meine 5 Sterne Bewertung gehen an den Arzt und sein Team. WÌrde ich die Bewertung fÌr das dortige Personal abgeben, wÀre die Bewertung 1 Stern wert.

20/20 Vision, 0/10 Hygiene: A Tale of Two Experiences

​I’m writing this with my brand-new eyes thanks to Dr. Omer Takes, and I can finally see well enough to warn others! The medical side was top-notch. Dr. Takes explained the pros and cons of my lenses perfectly, and I opted for a one-day gap between eyes—because having at least one "headlight" working while navigating a hospital is a solid life choice.

​The Dream Team:

​Mr. Can (International Coordinator): A total pro. If there was a hiccup, he was on the phone fixing it before I could even blink my one good eye.

​Ms. Usalu: My logistics angel. She handled my transport, food, and accommodation perfectly. The hotel was so roomy it felt like a luxury apartment, complete with a full kitchen and white goods.

​The "What on Earth?" Award:
Then there was the on-site interpreter. I wasn't sure if I was at a hospital or a comedy club. He was in such a rush to get me to sign papers and not to read! I think he was actually trying to break a speed record. He seemed far more interested in "auditioning" his charm and flirting with the nurses than answering my basic questions.

​​The Red Flags:
The "professionalism" peaked when he suddenly demanded an extra £500 for "special lenses." I’m still not sure if he used a calculator or just pulled that number out of thin air, but usually, I prefer financial medical advice to come from a doctor, not an interpreter running a side-hustle.

​The grand finale?

The interpreter couldn't open the tough plastic packaging on my medicine, so instead of finding scissors, he used his teeth. Nothing says "clinical excellence" like having your capsules pre-moistened with a stranger's saliva. I didn't realize "dental extraction" of medicine was part of the service!

​The Verdict:
I cannot give 5 stars to this hospital. While the surgery was a success, assigning untrained, unhygienic staff and attempting to extort extra money right before an operation is unacceptable.

​Advice to New Patients: Confirm every single penny of your charges and expenses before you admit yourself for the operation. Don't let the "hidden fees" (or the teeth) catch you off guard!

​Medical Team: 5 Stars
Coordination: 5 Stars
Hospital Staff Training: 0 Stars

My advise to the hospital:

​The hospital floor is for medicine, not a medical drama audition. Management must enforce a strict "Zero Pissyfooting" policy. If staff want to flirt, gossip, or play socialite, they can do it on their own time—outside the building. Patients shouldn't feel like an inconvenience to their social hour.

​Furthermore, let’s keep the "operating" in operating room strictly surgical. Extorting money from a patient while they are literally on the table is not "billing," it’s a shakedown. Leave the side-hustles at the door; if they’re ok under the lights, your only focus should be their eyes, not their wallets.

Professionalism isn't a suggestion—it’s the job.

64kg down in just 10 months!!

Im Emma. I'm a 42 year old woman from Manchester England. My weight has fluctuated up and down for years, I'd get so far, and then life would throw a curve ball and I'd slip a little, end up back at square one, and the another year to start trying again. Before I knew it 20 years had passed in the blink of an eye, and I started to think less about looking good and more about giving my life some longevity. Lowering my risk of illnesses, ailments and certain cancers what being overweight can bring became more important than fitting in a size small.

I did my research and chose gozde, Dr Zafer had vast experience and I decided to choose him, and honestly? It's. changed my life.

I was 124kg on the day I arrived in Turkey, embarrassed, mortified, but determined to change it, today, just 10 months later, I now weigh 69kg, in UK weight that's 10st 12lb I fluctuate between 64 and 69 depending what time of the month it is, and by removing my stomach with the sleeve, I removed 99% of my weaknesses.

I was scared that hunger would be a problem, but because you have your stomach taken there is very little gherlin hormone produced so hunger isn't a problem. I was scared my skin would be loose and awful, and yes some of the skin, especially my arms, I don't like, but, the overall feeling of wearing what I want, fitting in the bath properly, fitting in my friends clothes, walking without back pin, feeling feminine and sexy, make it all the worth while. Skin isn't a problem, I changed my life, halved my body weight, now I will get rid of the skin, if you're unhappy in your body anyway believe me when I say you will me less unhappy slim amd able.

I still want to make changes, but I'm 10 months in, 10st lighter, and I'm living not existing. My advice would be just do it, piril guided me through my experience and the hospital was clean, high standard, friendly, pleasant, professional and they did every test going before I had surgery to make sure it was safe.

Verdict: life changing. Advice. Go and get your life back. One step at a time is better than staying in the same place x

Take your supplements, follow advice and you will be fine, I'm just starting to be able to eat small meals, and the control, discipline and happiness this has given me has made that wait more than worth it. Go get your life back

Piril has been my co ordinatior from the start of my journey and still now coming home from my treatment. The customer service and communication has been great. I had my teeth and nose done within one visit. The dentist and surgeon were both very professional understanding to my needs especially as I travelled on my own so needed reassurance and support. I am very grateful how well my whole experience went especially at the hospital they treated me better than my own local hospital! I would highly recommend Piril my dentist and surgeon to anyone who is looking to get their teeth or nose done I love my results! 👏❀

Realistic review

Realistic review. My nose shape is super pretty and everyone loved my new nose, Dr Serkan is seriously a magician. But other than my nose being pretty, the hospital experience was scary. It felt like the nurses were not careful but at some point it was good because it showed me that they do this day in and day out. The first 2 days were rough, but as soon as I got to the hotel it was a dream because I got to do what I like the most, watch series and eat good. Therefore, the nose pain was very bearable. Smooth.

SCAMMERS!

SCAMMERS!! The coordinator (Ataf) confirmed the price when I paid the deposit. Yesterday she messaged me to say the price has suddenly increased by over £1000! And refused to refund the deposit. When I asked why I was lied to she answered” As I told you the decision was made by the senior manager”. Total scamming company and I strongly recommend people avoid. All they want is your money. They pressured me to pay the deposit which I should have paid attention to. The surgeon was Ufuk Durgun. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS!

Top Class In Turkey 
.a husbands perspective

This review is from the aspect of the husband of my wife who had a tummy tuck, liposuction and extensive scar revision.

Before committing to the procedure we asked many questions which were answered quickly, informatively and in detail.

Without going through every detail, everything that was promised was delivered.

The hospital is clean and modern and the room spacious and well equipped. As a companion I slept on a sofabed which was comfortable. The food and drinks provided were plentiful and although a little repetitive it was adequate.

The nurses were mostly very good and three in particular were amazing.

Most could speak enough English to get by and if there was a barrier then google translate worked wonders.

I have to say my wife’s surgeon Mr Ahmet was absolutely fantastic. Firstly he has performed what seems to be an amazing operation which surgically was complex.

Also, when there were complications he came back in at 1am in the morning and took my wife back to theatre to address the problem without delay.
He also kept me in the loop by sending messages via a nurses phone and also personally debriefed me at 4.30am. He was also back at my wife’s bedside at 10am to monitor her progress.

On top off that he was always happy to answer questions and concerns at length at anytime from both my wife and myself.

I have to say that the amount of testing and monitoring done as routine is amazing and although the staff talk to each other in Turkish which can be disconcerting you have to remember you are in another country and that needs to be respected.

The co-ordinators are available on WhatsApp if there is anything that is of concern and they can relay enquires to the right people quickly and there are reps that come into the room to discuss any issues that come up during your stay.

We ended up staying in the hospital for six nights instead of the original planned two and at no point were we asked for any extra money even though my wife had an extra operation and all the care and medication that it demanded. I was also looked after and catered for at no extra cost.

The only extra cost was for blood transfusions which was explained to us beforehand so there were no shocks there.

The hospital is situated in a quiet residential area where there are numerous grocery shops/ cafes etc etc so you can get things you need.

On discharge to the hotel ( and to and from the airport) the transfers were punctual and comfortable.

The hotel itself is nice. We got food delivered to the room which was of good quality and plentiful however the breakfast wasn’t as good but you could get by with a little bit of poetic licence.

One recommendation if you want a larger room at the hotel is to ask Get Beautiful to take out the hotel cost from the package and book the hotel yourself. We did this and paid £54 for five nights to upgrade from a standard room to a suite.

Also as a companion I booked my flight independently and as such benefitted from the airlines discount in regards to baggage/ meals/leg room etc.

Overall as a companion I cannot overstate how good the whole thing is. Sure, there were minor bumps in the road but the point is they were sorted out quickly which is the important thing.

In conclusion the hospital is first class, the co-ordinators work tirelessly to ensure your questions and needs are catered to , and the staff are kind and caring. My wife’s surgeon was awesome and made you feel almost ( it would never be totally!) comfortable in entrusting your loved one to him.It was also a pleasure to meet Piril in the hotel lobby on our final day!

One last thing if you can try and explore Izmir around the hotel. We managed to go to a “proper” Turkish cafe and also explore the port and harbour areas which are absolutely beautiful. Also there a bridal shops galore which are absolutely stunning.
