Menopause course
Really informative course, with lots of great resources and links to further information etc
Thought provoking, especially for those working in primary care, in relation to remembering that anyone 'assigned female at birth' can be affected by menopausal symptoms.
Having had some previous basic knowledge of menopause/treatment, it provided a good refresher on symptoms and management.

I found the course was extremely poor
I found the course was extremely poor, the contents did not have anything that explained what the course was about and why or how why Dr do spirometry. The videos did not explain anything of importance.
It did not take 5 hrs to complete either.
I would not recommend this course to anyone and I have definitely told my manager that this course is not value for money or time.

I had previously discussed the course content with your manager, who was happy with the material at the time. It's possible that we were in the process of reviewing the course while you were completing it, which could have impacted some of the content you experienced.
We’ve since made updates, including the addition of FeNO testing, and I’m glad to hear that you now have access to that updated content. Regarding the course duration, the 5 hours includes both the theoretical and clinical competency components, which are necessary for completing the full training.
Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and I would appreciate any specific suggestions or constructive recommendations you may have. We want to ensure that future learners get the most out of our materials.

Great online learning for B12…
Great online learning for B12 injections, followed by short exam and online face to face assessment. Quick and straight forward, especially if you are already advanced in providing injectable treatments like me. Definitely would recommend this company. Very happy with the course. Claire did my assessment and was very lovely.

I completed HCA level 3 course and…
I completed HCA level 3 course and Phlebotomy. Both the courses were very informative and helpful. Also accepted by my work place these certificates. It would be great if they have some competency face to face option, so that we can finish whole course in one setting. However, it is highly recommended for online course and cost effectiveness.

I have recently started started training as a HCA at a GP surgery
I have used this service for the Phlebotomy course, HCA level1 & 2, INR and Wound-care, all of them have been clear and easy to use with lots of information which is well laid out and easy to follow.
I would recommend for anyone who is starting out.

I have recently started at at GP…
I have recently started at at GP surgery as an HCA. I have been out off the clinical setting for 24 years. For far I have worked on my Healthcare Assistant level 1, Phlebotomy, ECG, Wound care, and just started Healthcare Assistant Level 2. All the courses have been great hey are well written and easy to follow. The activity are good so back up the knowledge you have learnt. I love Making the notes and having that resources to help give me the confidence to go on and undertake the procedures I have learnt after the competencies are achieved knowing that I always got the course to look back on when needed.

Can’t recommend this company enough. The course provided excellent content that was structured well. It was relevant to my clinic practice. I’ve completed HCA levels 1 2 & 3
I’ve completed HCA levels 1 2 & 3, Phlebotomy, Wound Care, Suture & Clip removal along with my current course, Immunisations. I could not fault anything to do with my experience, Very thorough & informative well laid out. I would Highly recommend to anybody starting out or wanting to progress skillsets.
