Moved from Canberra to QLD. GREAT no fuss on time no problems. 10/10

Luca was very helpful and all went very smoothly. They fitted in well with my work needs.

Arrived 6 days late, 10 cartons missing, 9 arrived 10 days later, a large amount of damage, paid for top insurance, have spoken with them 4 times about it, told everything will be ok , haven’t had a reply & it’s been 2 months now. The most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with

Moving, especially between different countries, is always a nerve wracking experience, even if you have done it before. We were appreciative of the easy communication with Grace and the helpfulness and advice received from a variety of staff on matters such as what to take, insurances, who does what when, storage and so on. Replies came quickly to any emails or phone calls.
The team that carried out our packing were fast and effective as well as very personable, as were the team that ultimately delivered our goods post-move.

The move from Queanbeyan to Perth, went very smoothly. Samuel Belfrage and Carl Peheiro, the Queanbeyan team were very professional, organised, and efficient when they came to our property to collect our items.

A great removal company who I have used before. On this occasion, my single item was on the Gold Coast awaiting delivery for some time and was only delivered after I rang the Grace office. They are looking into why that had occurred, understanding there's glitches in every business. The item arrived extremely well packed and in excellent condition. For my trouble, Grace forwarded me a lovely wine hamper which was very much appreciated.
