Amazing from the first call I made to get a quote to the final move with a 5am start. The workers on the days were very polite and hard working.

The guys showed up on time and delivered everything with no fuss.

Grace are always a pleasure to work with - they accomodate all our requirements and are great at communicating with clients. They are always my first choice when needing removalist work done.

Thanks to the great team who worked all day moving us to a new office - very professional and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble - not even taking the desks apart and putting them back together at the other end!

The staff were friendly and did a great job of packing up the office. Luca was fantastic to deal with and was always accommodating.

We had a very loosely planned office relocation, despite shifting requirements, Grace were able to have a team available a short notice. Very supportive and with minimal disruption to our day to day operations.

The removal / storage / delivery from storage went very well and in accordance with the advised schedule. The team was cheerful, helpful and competent.

The whole exercise comprised uplifting furniture and effects from a two bedroom apartment in Canberra and placing in storage. Some months later a very large uplift occurred from the NSW South coast to the ACT to join effects already in storage. Once we had rented a house in Jerrabomberra we called out our effects from storage. All went very well indeed, including accommodating a shifting schedule. We will be moving to our own house around jul 22 with Grace Removals.

I am genuinely shocked and surprised at how smoothly this move went. This was a rather complex interstate move with delays on my end. The Grace Canberra Team (Venetia and Morgan) took care of everything and really went above and beyond to get this move done. The packing, storage, transport and delivery was way above expectations. My items arrived with zero damage (even the fragile glassware) - literally not a mark on anything. Mick and the Sydney team unloaded and positioned everything perfectly on arrival. And to top it all off - Grace even came back to collect the boxes and packing paper - this was a huge help, as the quotes I got for rubbish removal were expensive.
Thank you to everyone at Grace for making this move possible and for being so flexible and careful with all my items. This was a complex interstate move during the state-wide lockdown period (both ACT and NSW were in lockdown during this time) - and Grace somehow made it all happen. I am extremely grateful as I am now able to settle in to a new property and get on with life. I have been raving about Grace Removals ever since, and will continue to do so for many years to come.

I moved from ACT to QLD early July. The service and people were excellent, 2nd to none. The only thing was there are missing boxes from delivery and unfortunately the manifest list does not accurately list the box numbers! The person in Canberra just put a long line going down sheet and number of boxes. We'll come delivery, I received 90% of of my items. I am still waiting for 2 missing boxes I know I am missing. Please make sure all of your boxes are marked with your name and contact number....lessons learnt, and take photographs of every box.

Friendly service from the first moment I contacted Grace. Found all staff to be efficient and helpful.

Very negative experience. Things that were packed by Grace were damaged or broken and whilst acknowledging the damage they are extremely reluctant to compensate for this. Would not use again.

Grace has done two very large removals involving a forty foot container and truck for me this year. Their packing and delivering were safe and professional. Their personal at all times cooperative, willing, and good humoured. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Of the 12 moves we've made, this one from Qld to the ACT with Grace Removals was by far the smoothest, professional, & worry free that we have experienced. Every person we were involved with from Grace, was totally helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable, & working to see that our goods were wrapped and packaged in a way to ensure they arrived in original condition.
We had no damage or breakages....a totally professional operation.
