I advised GRACE of our dissatisfaction of our removals 13/5/26 which included potential Health & Safety hazards after our fridge nearly tipped off the removal truck, risking both damage to our property and to persons present.

No acknowledgement or response regarding the above was addressed.

To date GRACE carton boxes remain an Eye Sore outside our property.
This despite, verbal, email and Chat request to collect the boxes.

Friendly team and well engaging

Grace has moved me with work 6 times now over 14 years always a pleasure working with the team, the communication is always prompt and professional, we have a large amount of goods last move was 3 containers plus pets and cars and nothing was a hassle for the team

Truely amazing - they took the cognitive load of moving interstate with such kindness and ease. Nothing was a problem at all. I was so grateful and would pay for that again and again and again - especially the taking down and setting up of some of the bigger items - fantastic.

Laura from Darwin office was friendly, caring and helpful, she kept me informed of the whole process, moving from Darwin to QLD, pickup to delivery was a stress free process, all the team at Grace removals are friendly, helpful and professional.

Narelle in Darwin was great to deal with and reassuring.
We chose to pack our belonings. Uplift was completed in 3 hours and goods arrived in Perth within quoted time frames without any damage or loss.

The crew in Grace DARWIN made the pack up & uplift day very stressfree. They were extremely attentive, considerate & careful with our belongings. A huge thanks to Narelle, Jonah, Peter & Chris (the master of packing a shipping container 😀).
The delivery crew from Grace Sunshine Coast (Daniel & young fella) were also brilliant - attentive & accomating. We are still unpacking, but so far all our items have arrived without issue. Thanks to all.

I've been using Grace Bros/Removals since 1971 for a good reason, they look after my furniture and precious things and they arrive safely. I've lost count of the moves Melbourne to Canberra, then to Sydney, to Darwin, to Adelaide, to Toowoomba, to Townsville, Adelaide, Mackay, Darwin, Cairns, Darwin. That's a few. You maybe pay a little more but you do for quality and service don't you?

The staffs are friendly and flexible. I am delighted that they provided the things that we need for our boxes. We will definitely recommend Grace Removals.

Both pickup and delivery was efficient, professional and stress free. Felt very comfortable with the service from our first interaction with Narelle right through to collection. Nothing seemed like an effort. Well done.

Grace Darwin were recommended by a friend. All the staff we dealt with were very helpful; from the initial contact call, to the consultant who used video calling to go through the house to accurately gauge what items we had for the removal, to the guys who turned up to do the uplift.
Grace provided ample boxes and packing materials for me to pack my own things, and then they packed a small number of quite fragile items. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys doing the uplift.
Would highly recommend Grace Darwin to anyone needing removal services.

Recently moved from Darwin to Perth, we had excelled service all the way, we got a good price compared to other removalist. Goods arrived on time in a good condition and all staff was very friendly.

They made a trying time a great experience.Very polite and very respectful of our furniture. Would highly recommend them to all.

Moved from NT to Qld April ‘23.
Good price, on time, well prepared & friendly. Only one mishap, large vase was packed under heavy items & broken. Other wise a very smooth experience.

Very supportive team, starting from the planning with the moving consultant through to the execution on the day with the movers packing and loading the container. Very professional, with great care shown to our move and personal effects.

The whole experience with Grace was exceptional. From the first visit by Maria to the final delivery all involved were professional and helpful. A special shout out to Alicia, who kept us up-to-date and answered all a queries - even on the weekend and after hours. Nothing was too much bother for her. The Darwin team who delivered to furniture were also fantastic - very polite and helpful. Thank you for the lovely hamper - very much appreciated and a nice welcome to Darwin!

Very professional and friendly removal service - took any stress out as the well-trained and careful removalists treated the furniture as if it was their own! Can highly recommend!
