Grace Removals did everything they could to make our move from Sydney to Newcastle as stress free as possible. Every member of the team from the consultant who first worked with us to help coordinate the move, to the team who helped us pack up in Sydney through to the team who unpacked the container here in Newcastle (and who would have thought two people could have so much "stuff") were friendly and so professional we would give them 6 Stars if we could.

Great service from start to finish. Efficient friendly skilled removalist team. Not the cheapest price but all inclusive, fixed price gave me great peace of mind on the removal day.

The whole experience of sending our furniture and tools went smoothly from dealing with Jason to dealing with customs in Rotterdam, to the delivery the delivery in the Alps in the middle of winter. Nothing was to much, all our items arrived in perfect conditions some very heavy items delivered with a smile. Thank you Jason for your help and thank you Grace Removals - Sydney for a great experience.

I was really disappointed by the poor communication from Grace throughout the process. I was moving interstate from NSW to WA, and checked twice whether everything was on track to arrive on the scheduled date - and was told by two separate people that it was. I was then told at 4.40pm the DAY BEFORE that my container hadn’t even left NSW and there was no ETA. By this stage it was far too late to change any of my plans and I ended up living in an empty house and starting a new job on the other side of the country with nothing. All Grace would say was it wasn’t their fault - but the main cause of the inconvenience wasn’t the flooding and delay itself, it was Grace’s terrible communication. I never received a proactive update from Grace, I had to chase for updates and at one stage went two full weeks with no response to multiple emails. The stress this caused was enormous as I wondered if Grace had lost everything I owned. Then to top it off, expensive items Grace was in charge of wrapping and moving arrived unwrapped and broken. I regret choosing Grace and never will again. You’re more expensive than your competition and deliver NO customer service at all so I have no idea why.

Grace personnel packed and moved content after the sale of my home; they stored it for 3 months and delivered it to my new home. I love their can-do attitude and the care they take in the wrapping of goods. Their team arrived on time and had a good rapport between them. AND the pricing was realistic.

I genuinely recommend would 100%. This is the second time I’ve used Grace and they have been outstanding in all aspects from organising the quote to collecting packing materials after I’d unpacked. They communicate well and didn’t brake or scratch a thing.

The first time was for a small but convoluted job and this time was a full pack and move 5 hours away. Both times I have experienced an impeccable service.

Our overall experience has been good with Grace.

We really liked that our sales rep came to our place and did an inspection of what we are going to take with us and gave a quote on it. She was helpful in answering the questions that we weren't sure about. She also was happy to answe questions post inspections as well.

As for our movers, on the day the communication from their ground team has been great too along with their operations team.

They tried their best to keep them safe to their best ability. All our boxes came in good shape (we bought our boxes from bunnings) but we got our tv packed by them. The tv box however came damaged but the tv was fine.

The team in Canada was also really nice with communication and handling.

Overall process was was simple, clear and effective. Just make sure you're doing your part to make it smooth for yourself too.

Grace Removals are an affordable yet reputable group of individuals who make an effort to ensure that the move goes smoothly.

Grace did what they agreed to do when they agreed to do it, and a bit more when requested, at a similar overall cost to other companies. The move was well planned and executed with enough people and the right equipment. There was no damage or loss and rather than the day or more expected to be needed, the move was completed in 5.5 hours.

Grace managed the decommissioning of the Heritage Centre at the Australian Turf Club. It was an enormous job, and the team were friendly, polite and accommodating. I was impressed with the way the move was executed and handled by the entire team.

It was a pleasure dealing with the team and each request was met with a smile. At times, the scope and variations were changing daily and their patience towards the situation is commendable. My dealings with the broader team were positive and the move happened seamlessly. The team were professional and knew how to execute the task at hand. I appreciate the flexibility from your team and the service I received was excellent. I thank you again for making the move stress free and I would thoroughly recommend Grace for any future relocation project.
