The blouses looked nothing like the online photo..Material was a cheap shiny material and the fit was boxy and not as long as on the models in the online photos..It's been several days trying to get information now on how to get a refund - this company wants to give me a store credit which I don't want.

I should not give them any star; it is horrible company. Please do not give them any business, The quality of the material is disgusting, Returned .....anather nightmare....

Everything was wrong. The material was cheap polyester

Delayed delivery. Shoes are plastic, made poorly, cheap, etc. Cheap Chinese Crap. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company gets a 0 ZERO, on all aspects . Poor Product, delivery, and terrible on returns. Only offer a percentage of credit , store credit only on returns. This company should be banned ! It’s a scam company !!!

I purchased a blouse, it was cheap material, and the design was not what I ordered online.
I contacted them to return the blouse and they responded:
As outlined in our terms and conditions, returns to our overseas warehouse are at the customer’s expense. To save you the hassle and high shipping costs, we’d like to offer an alternative solution.

We can issue you store credit equal to 50% purchase amount of the order you wish to return, less $15 USD for the original shipping and handling fees. This way, you won’t need to go through the inconvenience of international shipping, and you’ll be able to select any item you prefer from our store at no additional cost.

This is criminal, and they should be fined.
Do not purchase from this site, I would consider it a scam.

This company is a racket. I received a blouse different from what I ordered and replied to an email from them how did I like my purchase, saying it was not the blouse I ordered. After taking a picture of it and sending it to them, at their request, they told me I could either pay the very expensive shipping fees to return it to their overseas warehouse, or I could accept 15% of the purchase price as satisfaction of the transaction. I'll never do business with them again and my blouse is going to a giveaway charity. It is nothing I'll ever wear!

THEY MISREPRESENTED THEIR CLOTHING. ALL THE PHOTOS APPEAR TO BE A LIGHTWEIGHT (KINDA WRINKLY) NATURAL FABRIC IN SOFT COLORS. WHAT I RECEIVED WAS A HEAVY POLYESTER WITH GARISH COLORS. THEY SHIPPED FROM A WAREHOUSE IN ILLINOIS BUT WANTED ME TO SHIP THE RETURN TO CHINA. VERY EXPENSIVE. NOT WORTH IT. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!

It took nearly a month to receive the 2 blouses I purchased even though they told me 8 days. When I finally got the blouses, they were completely a different color than advertised and made out of a material that isn't from this world. Poorly sewn and looks cheap. When I requested to return, they said they would only give me $15 out of the $100 I spent because of sending it overseas. That is not how they advertise. Complete SCAM! They wrote me 2 emails about the return and I declined and said I would donate these to the women's shelter. Do not buy from them.

Item was not as advertised and I complained well within 30 days. . I don’t think they are really in Miami Beach. Should have read reviews before purchase as it seems I’m not alone!
They don’t refund but give store credit for more junk. Also, return shipping is to China. Very expensive. It’s a sham and a scam. Don’t buy from them.

My garment color was nothing like the color on the website . Beware!! When tried to return - after 4 emails back and forth to support- they offered me a refund only in the form of picking out an equal price item - minus $15 shipping charge. My item also did not fit - or hang like the model on the website.
Read the terms and conditions first - for it contradicts the initial promise of free returns if not satisfied. I want nothing from their website so I’ll eat the charge and learn a lesson.

If I could give it zero stars I would. This company uses AI photos of clothing that they do not send you. It'll look like a nice unlined cotton or linen and what arrives is cheap, sleepy polyester lined with another white cheap polyester. They refused to pay for the returns and only offered 15% back which they upped to 30% after I complained. But, never agreed to pay the return shipping even when I pointed out the fraud in their advertising. They even asked me to send them photographs of the items I was wanting to return!!! The biggest fraud is that they are all over the Internet with different store names for the exact same ads. Do not buy from these crooks!!!

Run the other way!
I have learned my lesson the hard way … thought I was purchasing from the US. Product is beyond cheap in quality .. Grace and Anna should be ashamed. If it was truly a quality product, they would get repeat customers. Guess they don’t care because they’ve gotten their money from the initial purchase and make it IMPOSSIBLE to return .. it took forever to receive .. that tipped me off that it was a total scam.

perfect fit for my senior body, flattering too! Took a bit of wait time so don't be in a rush to receive your order. I'm pleased with both of my orders and will wear one of them today; to the theater matinee and then dinner with girlfriends.

I received a defective item the quality and fabric are terrible. I am currently fighting with the company for a full refund plus shipping which they claim they will refund per the site information. Clear picture have been provided and they are offering me a credit. My next step is with my credit card company. Not a legitimate US company another scam.

This company advertises as a US company but items ship from China. Shipping is supposed to take 8-10 days and it takes much longer. Cheaply made products! Very misleading advertising and the tracking system is a joke. Save your money and your time!

I am so disappointed in myself. I trusted this vendor. Silly me. I have not received my package and the tracking number is not found. It cannot be tracked.
I’ll see if I can get my card to help me.

I ordered 2 blouses on July 9, 2026 based on ads I saw on Facebook. They looked beautiful and perfect for my style and body. The first blouse I received on July 25. I tried it I. And the material was silky and it looked awful on me. I immediately send at email to return and asked where the second top was. I did receive a reply the next day asking to submit a photo image and they would provide return procedure. Once I sent that, their response was”returns to their overseas warehouse are at the customer’s expense!” They offered a 15% refund and to keep the product. Thats nonsense! No response on other item. I just received second blouse and it’s awful, silky and ugly. I will do everything to get a full refund.
