The only star about this company is the pictures of the items which are all false advertising. I also thought the clothes were cotton or linen when looking at the add. The home page is all about southern Savanna Georgia living. Laughing ladies with their lightweight cooling dresses blowing in the summer breeze. The items I received are 100% polyester, which I never wear anyway. I am so angry that I've been ripped off. I don't know if I will try for a return as that looks like spending more money and will not work anyway. I hope others will read this before its to late. Buyer beware.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. So disappointed. I ordered two pair of shorts in the same size. While they both say the same size one is 2 inches wider. Back and forth emails to return for days. I have sent the requested photos. Do NOT order from them. Quality is poor. Service is poor.

The fabrics are cheap and of no quality. The materials were slippery and shiny like a piece of lingerie or old nightgown. In the pictures they looked like cotton/poly blend or cotton /linen blend. The tops were “boxy” and very unflattering. 2 items from my order have not even arrived yet. The items I received did not arrive in a timely manner…. Very late. Would never order from this company again. Beware!

The worst problem is the product was not represented accurately in the photos. And, what I received was a poor imitation of what I had expected.
The material and quality were extremely cheep. Rather than a light-weight linen or cotton, the fabric was a stamped-printing on a heavy nylon (like a clown suit). And with the poor quality, large stitching barely held it together. Very disappointed!

The patterns on their clothing are great but the material is stiff and cheap, like it has a lot of plastic in it. I’m sure it’s not the material they use on the model for the photos. It is not drape loosely like they suggest.
They do not provide a way to return so when you contact them, instead of a refund they want photos of the clothes on you so THEY can determine how the clothes look on you. That’s appalling! Beware.
At least they did respond when I reached out; but sadly, they put a bad mark on the industry. I am now hesitant to buy clothes from any boutique or storefront I’m not personally familiar with.

Inconsistent garment sizing. No fabric care label in garment. Poor quality. Impossible return/ refund policy. I would not recommend.

Clothing I received was beautiful. I can't wait to purchase more down the line.

I am so disappointed in myself for falling for this and not researching first. The pants suit I ordered took three weeks to get here and is very poorly made with cheap material. Because of the other reviews, I don’t expect any resolution, but that was $70 wasted. It’s so sad that scammers are out there!

Orderer two items on June 30, 2026. First item was received July 15th. The second has not arrived. The item was incorrect and extremely poor quality. Despite their "30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" on both the website and order confirmation, they will not let me know how to return the item except to threaten me with paying for overseas shipping to return. Again despite their own website police "Grace and Anna will cover the return shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items." Yes, I have sent them photos.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I have never been more disappointed. The product was made with cheap material, but the return process is really what bothered me. Perhaps there was some fine print I overlooked, but I was not prepared for an exorbitant return fee to cover the cost of shipping to “ an overseas warehouse”. The alternative is to accept a refund of 15%. I find this outrageous. I will donate these items to a local shelter ave never again buy from Anna and Grace.

The item was wrong color and too small. They offered for me to keep it and a 15% refund which is unacceptable. It took 3 weeks to arrive

I will never buy another product from this company. I looked everywhere in the order window to find out the fiber content and ended up relying on the quality of the photo. The fabric is cheap and shiny and unwearable in the climate where I live. Further, there was no indication that the product was being shipped from China making the 30 day, money back guarantee hilarious given that the buyer is responsible for the postage to send the items back.

I was offered a 15% reduction to make me 'happy,' and I'm still waiting to see it.

The dress is completely different from what was represented on line. I have sent photos to customer service to process a refund. Wish I could upload photos to show the poor quality.

Caution — don’t purchase anything from this company. My order looked nothing like the picture. Cheap fabric and small size that would fit a size 14 at least so I asked for a refund and to return the dress. Was offered a 15% refund because I would have to ship it back to China? Interesting since it looked like a United States company. I will never purchase anything from them again.

Took forever to receive over-priced, cheap looking clothes. They wanted a photo of items when I requested a refund, and offered me a thirty percent refund to avoid shipment back to China. I’m contacting my credit card company.

The dress they sent me had a head opening I couldn’t get my head through. When I tried to return it they would only give me back 30% of what I paid.

Zero stars! I purchased a dress and top. I should have known better.
First of all, the website does not tell you what fabrics the items are made of. They give no street address. It purports itself to be a US company with its .us web address and “ Miami beach” in the name. Neither item is something I would wear. The dress was very thin cotton. The short sleeves were so tight I almost couldn’t take it off without it ripping. I am not overweight. The top was shiny polyester (not cotton) and not exactly like the photo. There are no care labels in the garments. I emailed “Grace and Anna Miami Beach” to get return instructions and to be refunded. They asked for photos which I then provided. Then I was told I would need to mail it to their overseas warehouse so I should just keep the clothes and they would refund 15%. I kept emailing and their offer went to 30% and then to 50%. That was their ‘final offer’. Ridiculous. They insist that their return policy is that the customer pays return shipping (which I was fine with) but the policy does not tell you it’s got to be mailed OVERSEAS. I have notified my credit card and they are pursuing this as a deceptive business practice. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
