Working with Melissa at the Grace & Salt Leadership Academy really helped put some things into perspective for me. I've known where my uncomfortabilities lay with conflict resolution and boundary setting especially but being able to utilize the resources she provided help me ease into conversations that could potentially be tricky. Conversations where one or both parties could possibly fall into misinterpretations. Being provided a wider scope of the "why" that motivates each personality type's actions and combining that with clear and concise messaging makes conversation less intimidating.

Working with Melissa made such a difference for me. Her previous business experience allowed her to offer practical and relevant insight. She helped me learn and practice the sales process and gave me more confidence in how I showed up with customers.

Melissa also helped me get better with my time and stay focused when things felt busy or overwhelming. Having her keep me accountable and remind me what really mattered was very helpful. I was really grateful for her experience, guidance, and support, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to strengthen their skills and run their business more intentionally.

I will admit I was skeptic at first. Being the newest member of our team I didn't feel I warranted an opinion. Melissa made me realize I was way off. I AM a valuable team member. Now everyone I meet I am thinking to myself...hmmm is he a D or what?? I will use this the rest of my life.
