Grailzee レビュー

What a seamless and fantastic experience. The app kept me update throughout the process, it was seamless and intuitive and from purchase to door with authentication within 7 business days. Fantastic and will use again

Very pleased with entire process.
I was high bidder — but did not meet reserve. Subsequently easily negotiated a mutually satisfactory price with seller. Authentication proceeded quickly and smoothly — and my beautiful 2024 Blancpain arrived shortly thereafter. Love it! Will buy again with Grailzee!

It was my first time using Grailzee and I was a little nervous. They made me feel protected and the entire process from start to finish was seamless! 5stars!

Great!
Feel confident buying watches here. Communication every step of the way!

I bought a Tudor Black Bay 58 off of Grailzee and had a fantastic experience all around. Great all-around platform.

My experience on Grailzee was flawless, from signing up all the way through delivery of the watch, the Grailzee team was supportive and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be making another purchase soon!

As a watch enthusiast I stumbled across The Grailzee website and it didn’t take long before I expanded my collection explicitly from Grailzee. From Auction to bidding to authenticity and receiving, there is not one area that needs improvement. Secured transactions and customer service are of the highest standards. Use this platform with 100% confidence.

Sold my first watch on grailzee. Super easy! I was really impressed with the management of my watch sale and the speed of responses to my questions. Cheaper to sell here than eBay etc

Great luxury watch “match-making” business! Super pleased with the process, service, and my Omega purchase.

I was able to get my dream Rolex at the best price I’d seen in about a year. The purchase was very smooth and the communication was excellent. Grailzee reps were extremely helpful guiding my first purchase. Highly recommend.

Grailzee takes the stress out an often expensive watch purchase. The watch is sent to a third party for verification and only after you receive/sign for the watch is the seller paid. The sellers put up good photos and answer questions in a timely fashion.

1st class. Easy, smooth, timely coordination!!

Grailzee made my first watch purchase quick and easy. They walked me through the whole process and made sure I received the watch that I expected. 10/10 I would be a repeat customer.

Was in the market for a Rolex GMT 2 Batman and after a few missed auctions at the price I wanted, I checked out Grailzee. I was a little skeptical at first but after some much needed research I decided to give them a try. The moment you submit a bid for a watch you’d like, you are connected via text directly with the buyer on a safe, non personal thread that is monitored by Grailzee. At this time, the seller has the opportunity to counter or accept, in the case the seller countered but did so fairly. I accepted their request and submitted payment. Watch came within 2 business days of funds secured notification. Looking at it now I am very, very happy with the purchase. Would shop here again.

I recently sold two watches on Grailzee after receiving an email inquiring if I had an interest in selling a watch. I had two watches I wanted to sell. Within a vey short time after submitting the type of watch with pictures the team at Grailzee found me a buyer and I received an acceptable offer. I sent in my watches to their authentication center and within only a few days the watches were authenticated and payment was made. Things went smoothly and the team almost immediately responded to any we edition’s I had. I highly recommend Grailzee.

Great experience, stress free payment process. And communication was on point throughout the whole experience

I have to admit... I was skeptical. This was a lot of money to be throwing out there without really understanding the process. I was really happy with the results. I purchased a watch that I have wanted for years and feel like i got it for a fair price. the only downside is the absolute tidalwave of emails that they send you on a daily basis trying to entice you into other auctions. I will definately use them again when I am in the market.

Very clear and organized process from the point I won an auction to receipt of the item. Both buyer and seller are protected and nothing feels shady. Bought a beautiful IWC Portofino and watch arrived exactly as described and quickly.

First time using Grailzee, positive experience… got a great deal on a Longines . Thanks

First Bid, first win!! Seller was fantastic to work with and so was the support team at Grailzee. Great experience and watch arrived in better then described condition.
