Honestly, we went in with a budget and expectations, and somehow left with something that felt like a complete upgrade in every way.

We first came across them on Instagram and my partner instantly fell in love with the style and quality of their rings. We didn’t know too much about rings ourselves, so we booked in a consultation, which was super easy to arrange via WhatsApp.

From the start, Riz was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail, from carats to shapes and sizes, and made sure we fully understood what we were looking at. What stood out the most was how genuine and trustworthy he was. There was no pressure to buy at all. He was giving us advice and tips that would’ve helped us regardless of whether we purchased from them or not, which we really valued.

The whole process felt very smooth and straightforward, with great communication throughout on WhatsApp. When it came to the final rings, we were honestly blown away. The quality is amazing, everything came out really clean, and it was all within our budget. If anything, we ended up with something even better than what we originally expected.

Most importantly, my partner is extremely happy with her ring, and I’m really happy with mine too. The aftercare service has also been spot on.

Amazing service would definitely recommend

I booked an appointment at their London office with such short notice and they made the effort to make some time for me on a late evening when most jewellers would have been closed. I received the most lovely service from Riz and he really went into detail with all the different features I could add on my ring. Though it was a late evening he did not rush me at all and reassured me to take my time. I instantly knew then I would be placing my order with them and they did not disappoint with my ring. I’m in Love!!

They created my dream ring!! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to work with jewellers that actually care about their customers. Will be going back for my wedding band!
