Amazing experience!

I had a relatively short time frame to get rings made for my partner and they went above and beyond to deliver exactly what I asked for going through everything from the history of diamonds, the different cuts and shapes as well as the different clarities. The service didn't just stop at the design and making of a bespoke ring; I needed some readjustment with my sizing and the team sorted me out with resizing and polish no questions asked!

I initially contacted Grandeur when I was hunting for someone to make me a bespoke ring for my engagement
I had a very short timeframe to do this and I am very particular about details

I first spoke to Riz on the phone before arranging a day and time to meet him at their office in London
Firstly he was accommodating and squeezed me in so I could go after work

I knew as soon as I met him within a few minutes of speaking to him that I could trust him to deliver what I wanted and although he didn’t promise he could do it in the time I needed it for he said he would try. Nevertheless the meeting to design my fiancés ring was exciting for me and I could not wait to see the final design
He quickly sent over a few options and a lot of to-ing and fro-ing to get him to make small adjustments that resulted in the final product being an absolute statement of a ring
She loved it and summed it up perfectly by calling it “PERFECT”

We then came back to see Riz again to design our wedding bands and again it was an amazing experience for us both
The rings came out better than we imagined and they compliment each other so well
As a man I also really love my ring, it’s very comfortable for me and is timeless

I can genuinely say nothing but good things about Grandeur and Riz - the quality of workmanship is top notch, love the customer experience and aftercare
I walked away from this with a new found friendship in Riz and I will not now go anywhere else in future!

Absolutely loved my ring from Grandeur Diamonds, it turned out exactly how I wanted it!! The initial appointment was very informative, all the different options were explained thoroughly and I was able to look at different styles to see what I preferred. Everything after this was also very straightforward , nothing felt rushed and we were happy with the overall service. Definitely would recommend to anyone else looking for a jeweller to create a bespoke ring.

I came across this page on tiktok and first thought it’s not legit, then i managed to get a contact number and research this company and found out that this is a genuine company and i spoke to someone on whatsapp regularly before placing my order. We went through my budget, the style i was after etc. Once they showed me a video of what my ring would look like, i happily put a deposit down and continued to get updates about my ring. They finally sent it out and i received it within 24 hours and it was absolutely beautiful!! Very trust worthy and i could not recommend them enough. I referred them to my sister who is also due to get married soon. This company needs a lot more credit for their intricate work. Keep it up :) 10/10 recommend

I ordered my ring end of last year and it arrived quicker than the expected date. The ring was absolutely perfect exactly how I wanted it. Excellent service! As someone who knew nothing about engagement rings they were really patient with me from the very beginning. From the initial consultation I felt at ease and didn’t feel like I was being pressured into a sale which is what I had experienced prior with some jewellers at Hatton Garden. A purchase this significant has no space for a haste decision and that’s what they really understood. They educated me on diamonds really well and helped me design a ring my mrs absolutely loves! Amazing personalised service from start to finish! The team at GD really took the time to go into detail and understand what I was after despite the short timeframe provided. Not only that, but could really see they were not there just to make a quick sale but had a genuine passion for what they do which was reflected in the end product. Couldn't fault a thing and happy with the rings!!

An absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. I was guided through every step of the process and provided with CAD drawings showing exactly how my ring would look. The final result is absolutely perfect in every way! Happy to recommend GD to anyone.

The team were great from the start to finish and to be honest the quality of the ring was fantastic ive not seen such a sparkle as i have with grandeur before.
