I have recently purchased a car from Kia Bridgend, called in this morning to enquire when I will be able to collect the car.
I spoke to Shona at the reception area , I must say Shona went out of her way to ensure everything was set up ready for my collection.
It is very reassuring when purchasing a car that Gravells of Bridgend, from the Manager to the Sales Team Dan, to Shona at Service department all pull together. Would you please pass on my personal thanks to Shona and the team at Bridgend.

I cannot praise Gravells KIA in Bridgend enough, and I’m so grateful for the outstanding care I received from Shauna and her team, She went above and beyond every time I brought my car in—her honesty and knowledge saved me hugely.
Even though I no longer have my Kia, I still trust KIA Bridgend completely—and I know I can always count on Shauhna and her team there, If you’re looking for a garage that truly cares, goes above and beyond normal job roles with dedication then this is the place, nothing is too much trouble fir them….. the hot chocolate is good too 😉

Gravell’s Bridgend. Went along to the showroom to check the colours on the new KIA EV3. On arrival we were met by the salesman Daniel Thomas. He was polite, helpful and didn’t pressure us in anyway for a sale. However, the advice and deal he offered us was excellent. So much so we ended up ordering the new car without hesitation. He gave us accurate and precise information. We were informed frequently regarding the update of delivery and collection of the vehicle. When we arrived to collect our new KIA EV3, we were also met by Carwyn, who thanked us for choosing to buy the vehicle from Gravell’s Bridgend. I would definitely recommend them both. We would definitely purchase a car from them again in the future.

Hi I just wanted to pass my thanks to the salesman andy at the Bridgend gravels branch I have just this week collected my new sportage gt line s which is now my 3rd vehicle I have had via pch from him he has also provided my wife cars too and over this period Andy has been like one of the family and we are grateful for the way he treats us as there is never any pushy style sales tactics he is always very helpful when we deal with him and is pleasure to do business with. I have had many cars from other manufacturers over the years but I have stayed with Kia and Andy due to his kind nature and the way he treats us he is one of the best! Thanks to all at the dealership and I hope this gets shared with him and the team in Bridgend!

Recently purchased a brand new Kia Stonic from this garage. The service I received from Dan Thomas was fantastic, he went above and beyond to ensure that the process was smooth and straightforward. He kept me informed from the time that I ordered the car to receiving it. Overall I am in love with my Stonic and wouldn't hesitate to go back to this garage for any future purchases. Would highly recommend Kia Gravells Bridgend.

Since purchasing my Kia Optima from Gravells - Kia Bridgend in 2022, there have been consistencies in issues since within the first 6-months of purchase. I was informed that a standard "thorough service" was performed prior to taking the car from the site. As always when purchasing a new car, I took it to my trusted mechanic to get it checked. The result was that NO oil change was performed and that ALL filters had NOT been changed. Evidently, this "service" was not conducted - if it had been, all of the above would have been changed as a standard car service. "As a courtesy", the car was brought back in for a service where the filters were changed, the thick sludge for oil was changed, and the break fluid was changed. Fast-forward a year - the Master Cylinder and ABS had failed due to the issue with the breaking fluid - the only ones to have changed the break fluid, as stamped, was Gravells Kia Bridgend. A thick green unknown liquid was throughout the breaking system leading to the Master Cylinder and ABS to fail at the same time - costing me an additional £2500. Unexpectedly, they had initiated that my trusted mechanic for over 30-years was at fault. I was swift to shut-down such an accusation attempt that was made to divert away from the real instigators of the issues. Immediately taking the car away from the garage after the "repairs", my engine light [yellow warning] comes on with issues to the accelerator on the middle of the motorway, to which I had to pull-over during evening commuting time. Fast-forward 1-more week; the engine is making a strong, deep, intermittent noise which seems to be associated with the timing chain/clutch. The latter issues were NOT apparent when I took the car into Gravells Kia - Bridgend, however, all started immediately after leaving there.

At present, this case has been forwarded to the Motor Ombudsman, and a trusted solicitor, who is currently reviewing all collected evidence - videos & pictures from the thick, sludge, oil upon purchasing, the stamped book in which Kia Bridgend had confirmed the break fluid change, reviews conducted by my trusted mechanic, and each money-centered correspondence from them.

I would STRONGLY recommend that should you be in the position to search for a new car that you stay well away from GRAVELLS KIA BRIDGEND.

Outstanding service from Mike and team, very warm welcome, nothing was to much trouble, would deffinately recommend, look forward to coming back in the new year!

What an amazing experience from start to finished with Daniel Thomas in Gravells Bridgend. I recently purchased a Kia Sportage and Daniel’s service was 10/10. He was polite and friendly from the offset. His knowledge was next level and there was no pushy salesman pitches. Daniel made sure our experience was one to remember and he is a massive asset to Gravells Bridgend. He went above and beyond with all communication and made sure to keep us up to date with everything all the way to driving the car off the forecourt. I come back and forth to the Dealership but was incisive , after going to many places We decided to go back and have another look at a Car . Soon as We got there Leighton Jane come out to greet us and went through Everything. He was Absolutely brilliant and We got a Kia X Seed . We love it the service was excellent.

Gravells Bridgend a superb Kia dealership. Andy Bollen is so incredibly helpful and really does the best for his customers. Claire Lavender manages the service desk making the servicing experience run like clock work. The whole team are so customer focused and genuine it really sets them apart.

The overall friendliness of the staff here made the experience of collecting my new Sportage so enjoyable.
