During a complicated purchase of a new property, Laura Humphreys was excellent at ensuring everything was dealt with thoroughly and provided valuable advice throughout the whole process.

This firm have been top notch, be totally honest and transparent with them and they will provide exactly what they say. Went above and beyond before actually issuing proceedings. Didn't keep me in the dark at any point and if i wasnt sure about anything i was never rushed off the phone. Personally like to thank Jane Cooper she was very patient with me throughout the whole process and i couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Professional legal experts have settled 2 claims with no win no fair best service anyone could ever get, keep up the good work

They stole my commercial work without permission.

My experience with Graysons Solicitors was extremely concerning.

Serious allegations were advanced against me in circumstances where I had no meaningful opportunity to respond properly, and where I believe there was a lack of reliable supporting evidence at the time. The process felt overwhelming, procedurally difficult to navigate, and deeply unfair.

The impact on my life was significant. I experienced severe stress, disruption to my health and family, and financial consequences as a direct result of the way the matter was handled.

In my view, the approach taken lacked proportionality and sensitivity given the seriousness of the issues involved. I would strongly urge others to proceed with caution and ensure they fully understand the implications of any action taken in these circumstances.

I was very happy with all their responses to my email.
I would be happy to use their services again and will refur the to my friends.

Wills and probate, dealing with grief and loss and then the total incompetence of this company has been beyond comprehension. The lack of professionalism has resulted in the worst possible experience! AVOID
