Graysons were very helpful they got on with the job in hand without delays but there were a few issues with mistakes in the paperwork so I had to check everything carefully

I instructed Grayson's with two legal matters . The respondent was I believe being difficult on both occasions both teams were very professional and helped with my frustration in these matters , I believe their experience in these matters helped bring the cases to a close in a very timely manner.

A bit of a rocky start at the beginning but when my partner was appointed legal adviser James all has ran smoothly. Attention to detail explained the process in full and was very reassuringexcellent responses to all messages and phone calls. Excellent communication throughout the case. The claim has now been settled. Without the help guidance and advice received from James the claim would have failed,as we were bringing a case against a local authority.
